Das Thema der Publikation ist es, die Macht der Worte im Text und in der Sprache im Kontext der Bewertung zu schildern und zu kommentieren. Die Autorin konzentrierte sich darauf, die Rolle der Bewertung im Text zu betonen sowie die Zusammenhänge zwischen dem Bewertungsprozess und Emotionen, die ihn begleiten oder dessen Ergebnis sie sind, aufzuzeigen. Die im Text vorgestellten Sprachbewertungsmaßnahmen werden auf der Grundlage der stark emotional geprägten Sprache der NS-Zeit in Deutschland diskutiert. Eine besondere Rolle in der Publikation spielt der Einfluss von Emotionen, emotional geprägter Sprache sowie soziokulturellem Kontext auf den Empfänger und seine mentalen Reaktionen sowie seine verbalen und physischen Handlungen. Die durch den Text implementierten Handlungen werden hier durch das Prisma der Werte in einem universellen Kontext verstanden sowie durch das Prisma spezifischer Bewertungsmethoden wahrgenommen, die unter Verwendung der beschriebenen sprachlichen Bewertungsmittel implementiert werden.

The subject of this publication is to investigate the power of words in a text and language in the context of evaluation. The author focuses on emphasizing the role of evaluation in the text and the relationship between the evaluation process and accompanying and/or resultant emotions. The evaluative language measures applied in the text under analysis are addressed on the basis of the strongly emotional German language of the National Socialism era. The paper pays particular attention to the influence of emotions, emotionally influenced language and the socio-cultural context on the recipient and his/her mental responses as well as his/her verbal and physical actions. Actions implemented through the text are perceived here through the prism of universal values, as well as through the prism of specific evaluative methods relevant to the applied evaluative language means.

The paper analyzes modern Czech proverbs that characterize the latest dramatic phenomenon of human life – the coronavirus pandemic and quarantine. Czech people spreach reacts to this phenomenon with jokingly ironic antiproverbs, which become a kind of paremiological vaccine against Covid-19. For all the originality of such transformations, most of them are created on the basis of the Slavic and European paremiological fund. The article identifies the sources of coronavirus paremias, suggests their frequency, areal and axiological classification.

Studie analyzuje současná česká přísloví, která charakterizují nejnovější dramatický fenomén lidského života – pandemii a koronavirovou karanténu. Česká lidová mluva na tento fenomén reaguje vtipně ironickými antifrázemi, které se stávají jakousi paremiologickou vakcínou proti Covid-19. Přes veškerou originalitu těchto transformací je většina z nich vytvořena na základě slovanského a celoevropského paremiologického fondu. Článek identifikuje zdroje koronavirových parémií, navrhuje jejich frekvenci, plošnou a axiologickou klasifikaci.

The basic philosophical-theoretical division of law (iusnaturalism vs. positivism) is associated with two different conceptions of an ontologically ideal world that is either pluralistic or universal. Each of these two basic concepts, according to Pavel Holländer, has consequences not only ontological, but also noetic and axiological. From the position of representatives of relativistic concepts, there is often a serious criticism of universalism in the sense that they are the ideological foundation of totalitarian political systems and, in general, the restriction of individual freedom. In this paper, I would like to take this objection seriously and, in an imaginary discussion with the views of several important representatives of this critical attitude (Isaiah Berlin, Bertrand Russell, John N. Gray, Ota Weinberger), to consider the validity of their objections, the relationship between philosophy and politics, namely universal noetic, ontology and axiology and political totalitarianism. In conclusion, I would like to present my own solution to the possible relationship of metaphysical universalism and political freedom.

Základní filosoficko-teoretické rozdělení v oblasti práva (iusnaturalismus vs. positivismus) bývá v literatuře spojováno se dvěma rozdílnými představami o deonticky ideálním světě, který je buď humovsky pluralitní, nebo tomisticky universální. Každá z těchto dvou základních představ má podle Pavla Holländera konsekvence nejen ontologické, nýbrž i noetické a axiologické. Z pozice představitelů relativistických koncepcí zaznívá často závažná výtka vůči universalismu v tom smyslu, že jsou ideovým fundamentem totalitárních politických systémů a obecně omezování svobody jednotlivce. V této práci bych chtěl vzít tuto námitku vážně a v pomyslné diskusi s názory několika významných zástupců tohoto kritického postoje (Isaiah Berlin, Bertrand Russell, John N. Gray, Ota Weinberger) se zamyslet nad platností jejich námitek, nad vztahem filosofie a politiky, universalistické noetiky, ontologie a axiologie a politického totalitarismu. Na závěr bych rád předestřel vlastní řešení možného vztahu metafyzického universalismu a politické svobody.
