W pracy skupiono się przede wszystkim na analizie porównawczej, pod względem aktualności, wiarygodności oraz spójności danych zawartych w ewidencji gruntów i budynków oraz w księgach wieczystych. Analizowano sto wybranych losowo działek gruntowych, położonych na terenie czterech obrębów gminy Rytwiany, w województwie świętokrzyskim (po 25 działek w obrębie). Przedstawione wyniki są dowodem braku pełnej spójności między badanymi danymi, co zmniejsza wiarygodność obu zasobów informacji.

The paper focuses mainly on a comparative analysis of timeliness, credibility and integrity of enters in the Cadastre and Land Registry. There were examined one hundred randomly picked parcels of land in four cadastral unit of the Rytwiany Commune in Swietokrzyskie Voivodeship (25 parcels for a cadastral unit). The results show lack of integrity in the analysed data, which lessens the credibility of both the registers.
