W artykule przedstawiono przykładowe wyniki badań korpusowych nad słownictwem związanym z piwem i piwowarstwem przeprowadzonych z wykorzystaniem dwóch niewielkich, samodzielnie skompilowanych korpusy składających się z materiałów dostępnych w Internecie i określanych mianem korpusów rzemieślniczych. Celem artykułu jest zaprezentowanie zarówno niektórych ciekawych zjawisk językowych zaobserwowanych w języku polskich entuzjastów piwa, jak i możliwości, jakie dostarczają badaczowi korpusy rzemieślnicze, zwłaszcza w porównaniu z tradycyjnymi korpusami narodowymi.

The paper presents selected results of a corpus study focused on vocabulary related to beer and brewing. The material for the study consisted of two small corpora of internet texts, constructed from scratch by the author, the so called “craft corpora”. The aim of the paper is to present not only some interesting phenomena observed in the language used by Polish beer enthusiasts, but also the opportunities offered to a researcher by dedicated craft corpora, especially in comparison with traditional national corpora.
