Motywowanie pracowników nieustannie pozostaje dużym wyzwaniem dla pracodawców. Ich uwaga zazwyczaj skierowana jest na narzędzia materialne pieniężne, jako te najbardziej skuteczne. W niniejszym artykule zaprezentowano wyniki międzynarodowych badań, które wskazują, iż jest to nieprawda. Liderami skutecznego motywowania w organizacjach sektora MSP oraz dużych okazały się narzędzia niematerialne, co powinno zachęcić menedżerów do weryfikacji dotychczasowych opinii.

Employee motivation is still very serious employers’s challenge. They usually look for and use material benefits as especially efficient in their opinion. In this article results of own international empirical research are presented. They show that mentioned above opinion is not true. The most efficient benefits in SME sector organizations and big enterprises are intangible tools. This conclusion should encourage managers to verify some of their previous opinions
