Creation of the competitive at the international labor market enterprises requires a fundamentally new system of higher education and training of specialists, who will have a sufficiently high scientific and technical potential, possess modern technologies, haveу active stance and desire to work in the new economic conditions. The aim of the article is the analysis of the practical aspects of formation of professional competence of students-economists in the process of training. The study used a systematic and comparative analysis of educational, economic, regulatory, methodological literature and information resources of the Internet; student-centered, competence-oriented and technological approaches to professional training of future specialists in economic specialties of higher education institutions are used. The study proved that the problem of formation of professional competence of the experts and economists in conditions of profound economic and political integration with the European Union is a relevant and practically significant problem. Practical value of the study is to determine the forms of the organization of practical training that correspond to their future professional activity. The most effective forms of organization of practical training are considered to be business games and work practices, which provide the ability to reproduce subject and social content of professional activity, modeling of the basic conditions and relationships characteristic for the corresponding activity. During the business game students become creators of not only professional situations, but also reveal their personal potential, solve problems of self-management, overcome psychological barrier in communicating with people, carry out measures, aimed at elimination of their shortcomings, etc. Production practice is realized in the educational establishments, on the one hand, as a component of economic activity for the production of a specific product and, on the other hand, as quasi-professional – by means of modeling tools with a certain measure of similarity to the real conditions of production activity at real enterprises. Results of the study can be used for further improvement of traditional professional training of economists.

In the article the nesessity of researching the features of social and humanitarian training of foreign students studying economics is substantiated, the role of training in solving issues of foreign students’adaptation to social, cultural and educational environment of Ukraine is defined. The purpose of the article is determination and analyzing of the main features, forms, pedagogical methods and technologies of teaching social and humanitarian science in educational process of foreign students. During the research theoretical and empirical methods, which allowed distinguishing of the cultural, social, religious, national features of foreign students, were used. It is proved, that using active methods of training sessions, its content closeness to social realities of Ukraine and the world promotes deeper assimilation of educational material, intensifies educational and cognitive activity, promotes stable interest in the social and humanitarian science by foreign students. Using summaries during the lectures allows to save time and pay more attention to explanation of educational material, promotes formation of communicative practice and assimilation of the basic categories of sociological and political science concepts and categories. Individual work of students on finalization of the summaries develops skills of comparative analysis of social structures, political and party systems, political regimens, ideologies of different countries. It is proved, that using active(non-traditional) methods increases efficiency during social and humanities seminars. High activity and interest of students caused by the seminars with elements of conference, which provides preparation of reports, discussions, different forms of business games. It is shown that the use of innovative lectures and supporting compendia of lectures raises the level of perception of educational material of the foreign students, while significantly increasing the absolute quality of education. In the article the aspects for further scientific studies are defined, which consist in searching, theoretical studying and practical implementation of efficient methods of education for foreign students; development and improvement of methodologies.

The problem of improving the form of future teachers’ preparation of higher education within master’s degree studies in the context of principles of Bologna Convention is analyzed through the prism of the modular and self-organizational approach. Conditions for the design of modern kinds of lectures (lecture with planned mistakes, lecture-dispute, and problem lecture), practical classes, independent study, conferences, and business games are considered.

Uwzględniono warunki projektowania współczesnych rodzajów wykładów (wykład z planowanymi błędami, wykład-spór, wykład problemowy), zajęć praktycznych, pracy niezależnej, konferencji, gier biznesowych.
