The article discusses the topic of financing company using debt capital derived from the cascade issuance of bonds. It is based on the example of PCC Rokita SA - the first company in Poland which decided to choose such form of financing. The article presents an analysis of changes in the law that allowed leading cascade issuance. In addition, conclusions regarding this type of issuance were drawn on the example of PCC Rokita. Authors of the article believe that the issue of cascade bonds will be treated as a kind of curio on the Catalyst Market but will not win huge popularity because of requirement for approval of the prospectus by the Polish Financial Supervision Authority.
