The aim of the article is to distinguish realistic possibilities of company’s efficient financial management with the use of Cash Pooling systems in a situation which includes incidents of shortfalls and surpluses. Consideration has been given both to the results of such solutions and their limitations, including those of a fiscal nature.

Celem artykułu jest określenie realnych możliwości efektywnego sterowania w przedsiębiorstwie środkami pieniężnymi, w sytuacji zarówno ich niedoboru, jak też nadwyżek, przy wykorzystaniu systemów typu cash pooling. Zwrócono tu istotną uwagę na efekty tego rodzaju rozwiązań, a także istniejące ograniczenia, w tym o charakterze fiskalnym.
