The article is about right of agent to the information on which his commission is calculated and its protection. It is regulated under article 7615 of The Civil Code. The interpretation of the regulation is disputed. The author in this article tries to show the right interpretation.

Przedmiotem niniejszego artykułu jest problematyka prawa agenta do informacji o należnej mu prowizji, jak również sposób ochrony tego uprawnienia agenta. Kwestie te unormowane są w art. 761 5 k.c., którego stosowanie budzi wątpliwości w praktyce. W niniejszym artykule omówiono te wątpliwości, proponując konkretne rozwiązania.
