The article presents the influence of feedback and recommendations provided by the customers on the customer purchase behaviour along with the benefits resulting from the use of the customer feedback potential in the process of company value creation. On the basis of survey conducted on the beer market in Poland, it was demonstrated that the customer feedback and recommendations have a significant influence on the purchase behaviour and allow the cost reduction of customer communication. In the analysis of the results the statistical methods were used, including focus analysis, ANOVA test and factor analysis.

Bezpośrednie inwestycje zagraniczne są bardzo ważną formą przepływu kapitałowego, zwłaszcza dla krajów znajdujących się w okresie transformacji gospodarczej. Stanowią one jeden z ważniejszych czynników rozwoju polskich przedsiębiorstw. Wiążą się z nimi: transfer technologii, nowych metod zarządzania, postęp organizacyjny. Ponadto wpływają na strukturę przemysłową i strukturę zatrudnienia, wzmacniając tym samym pozycję przedsiębiorstwa. W artykule podjęto problematykę dotyczącą zakresu i efektów oddziaływania kapitału zagranicznego na kształtowanie wartości krajowych przedsiębiorstw.

Foreign direct investment is a very important form of capital flow, especially for countries in economic transition. They are one of the most important factors in the development of Polish enterprises. They are connected with them: technology transfer, new management methods, organizational progress. Moreover, they affect the industrial and employment structure, thus strengthening the position of the enterprise. The article deals with the issue of the scope and effects of foreign capital impact on the formation of the value of domestic enterprises.

The article includes a literature outline of the scientific field of management sciences concerning issues of security management an organization. The article focuses on identifying literature in this area and describing the process in terms of the essence of management in the organization. The authors who were pioneers of the subject were indicated and the author also pointed to the important roles of the approach to information security management in the process of building and organizational development of the enterprise. At the end of the article, the author discusses opinions of other authors in the selection of the optimal strategy for managing security in an enterprise and shows how it financially a effects the company and its intangible market value.

Artykuł zawiera zarys literatury naukowej z zakresu nauk o zarządzaniu dotyczący zagadnień zarządzania procesem bezpieczeństwa informacji w organizacji. Artykuł koncentruje się na identyfikacji literatury w tym obszarze i opisaniu tego procesu pod względem istoty zarządzania w organizacji. Wskazano autorów z całego świata, którzy są pionierami zarządzania procesem bezpieczeństwa jako unikalnego tematu rozwoju organizacji. Autor wskazał nowe trendy podejścia do zarządzania bezpieczeństwem informacji w procesie budowania i rozwoju modelu biznesu przedsiębiorstwa. Na końcu artykułu autor, opierając się na literaturze, dokonuje wyboru optymalnej strategii zarządzania bezpieczeństwem w przedsiębiorstwie. Autor pokazuje, w jaki sposób bezpieczeństwo zarządzania wpływa finansowo na organizację i jej wartość rynkową.
