The development of IT and its rising usage in economy have influence on changes in enterprises. They influence the functioning of company and make its management easier. IT tools are inevitable in cost, communication, knowledge or human resources management. However, not every company decides to invest in individually designed systems not only because of the excessive financial outlays, but also the cost of service. This paper shows the use of Visual Basic, high level programming language in the process of recruitment and selection of employees at IEG LLC.

Jest to próba zidentyfikowania ich oczekiwań dotyczących kariery i ogólnego rozumienia sytuacji pedagoga na współczesnym rynku pracy. Wreszcie wskazania działań podejmowanych przez nich celem podniesienia własnej konkurencyjności.

Changeability of contemporary, postmodern world is a reason of many problems of present adult students. This article is an attempt to look at the educational activity adult education students on the example of students of two high schools. It’s an attempt to identify their expectations related to career prospects and overall understanding of the present situation of teacher on the postmodernity labor market. Finally, indicate the action taken by them in order to increase their competitiveness.

W artykule ukazano, jaki wpływ na rozwój zainteresowań czytelniczych mają metody pracy z dziećmi w bibliotekach dziecięcych. Wyjaśniono termin biblioteki dziecięce (biblioteki dla dzieci). Nakreślono zarys rozwoju tego typu bibliotek, sposobu pracy z czytelnikami i dobierania metod na przestrzeni lat. Przedstawiono typologię metod pracy z czytelnikiem. Następnie wybrano kilka rodzajów metod - konkursy, głośne czytanie, akcje i imprezy biblioteczne oraz omówiono je. Opisano przykłady konkretnych form pracy z czytelnikiem przy użyciu tych metod, czyli konkursy: „W świecie powieści Marty Fox” i „W krainie fantazji”, Nowohucki Dzień Głośnego Czytania, akcję czytelniczą: „Czytam Sobie w Bibliotece” oraz Pikniki Literackie organizowane w Płocku.

The article shows the influence that methods of working with children in children’s libraries have on the development of reading. It explains the term ‘library for children’ (children's library). It outlines the shape of children’s library development, the evolution of work with readers and of methods applied over the years. It presents a typology of methods of working with the reader. Further, selected methods are discussed: competitions, reading aloud, and actions and events in the library. The article describes examples of specific forms of work with the reader using these methods, for example: "In the world of Marty Fox’s novels" and "In the land of fantasy," Nowa Huta Read-Aloud Day, a readership action: "I am reading in the Library" and Literary Picnics organized in Plock.

Na przestrzeni ostatnich kilkunastu lat dostrzega się w polskiej turystyce sentymentalne zjawisko etosu dawnych Kresów Wschodnich. Każdego roku organizuje się kilka festiwali kultury kresowej, podczas których eksponowane jest dziedzictwo kulinarne Kresów Wschodnich. Najpełniej kuchnia kresowa prezentowana jest w programie Festiwalu Kultur i Kresowego Jadła w Baszni Dolnej, miejscowości położonej w województwie podkarpackim, w ramach którego od roku 2009 przeprowadzane są konkursy na dania i potrawy tradycyjnie związane z szeroko rozumianą kresowością. Coraz większe powodzenie tego przedsięwzięcia powoduje, że zaczyna ono odgrywać znaczącą rolę w promocji turystycznej ziem położonych przy wschodniej granicy polsko-ukraińskiej.

Over the last several years, in Polish tourism, we see the phenomenon of sentimental ethos of the former Eastern Borderlands. Every year, several festivals of the borderland culture are organized, during which culinary subjects are also exposed. Most fully, the borderland cuisine is presented in the program of the Festival of Cultures and Borderlands Cuisine in located in Podkarpackie Voivodeship Basznia Dolna, under which (since 2009) competitions are held for dishes and courses traditionally linked into broadly understood Borderland culture. The increasing success of this means that it is starting to play a significant role in the tourism promotion of the lands located on the Polish-Ukrainian border.
