This article analyzes the peculiarities of the work plans and curricula development for various educational specialties in information technologies.It determines the modern methods of formation of the professional competences of specialists in qualification level of bachelor on the basis of a certain list of disciplines. Modern state and level of development of information and communication systems in Ukraine are analyzed. The problem of defining concepts and competences of bachelors of specialty «Cyber Security» is considered. The features of basic approaches to professional competences of bachelors of specialty «Cyber Security» by properties of the information system and with considering international standards and requirements are defined.These studies were conducted with the aim of comparative analysis of domestic and foreign methods and concepts of developing of the specific list of disciplines. The modern system approach to organization of the electronic educational complexes of general, professional, or free choice subjects of training future specialists in the field of information technology knowledge, specialty cybersecurity was examined.This article covers the main factors of forming competences of bachelors of specialty cybersecurity according to the world system of standardization.Different forms of illumination of competences in modern native recommendations are considered. As a result of research we can draw the following conclusion that in the existing programs of the leading technical higher education institutions of Ukraine approaches in the formation of professional competences present directions of knowledge provision in accordance with the educational field of knowledge «Information Technologies». However, the competences, which are indicated in the knowledge programs and skills do not emphasize the difference special competencies of specialists and practically do not differ from the general competences of the specialties for various educational specialties in information technologies. Modern requirements to specialists of the IT industry in the specialty «Cyber Security» are highlighted.

Przedstawiony został problem modelowania modelowania 3D: ogólny opis, czym jest grafika trójwymiarowa, jej zastosowania, wpływ tej technologii na wiele dziedzin przemysłu oraz przyszłe plany na jej wyko-rzystanie i dalszy rozwój. Artykuł zakończony jest omówieniem znaczenia modelowania 3D w archi-tekturze.

The paper presents selected problems related to the generation of three-dimensional graphics. The problem of modeling modeling was presented: a general description of what 3D graphics is, its applications, the impact of this technology on many industries and future plans for its use and further development. The article ends with a discussion of the importance of 3D modeling in architecture.

Jednym z głównych sposobów, za pomocą których Biblioteka (akademicka) ma szansę na pozytywne wykreowanie swojego wizerunku w środowisku akademickim, są inicjowane przez tę jednostkę konferencje (krajowe i zagraniczne), szkolenia oraz warsztaty. O sukcesie tych przedsięwzięć decyduje walor merytoryczny, ale także zaplecze formalno-wizualne, w tym sposoby prezentacji komunikatów naukowych. Artykuł prezentuje jedną ze współczesnych, coraz popularniejszych, form wizualizacji informacji naukowej, jaką jest plakat naukowy (poster). Specyfika konstrukcji tego narzędzia, czyli połączenie tekstu, grafiki, a także (w niektórych przypadkach) elementów multimedialnych decyduje o tym, iż w obecnej dobie „przeładowania” informacyjnego zasadność wykorzystywania tej syntetycznej formy prezentowania informacji jest uzasadniona. Począwszy od przedstawienia pierwszych form posterów, poprzez ich kompozycję i budowę, a także opis specyfiki sesji posterowych autor prezentuje własne zasady i wskazówki, według których należy konstruować poprawny pod względem graficznym plakat naukowy, który może być wykorzystywany w środowisku nie tylko bibliotecznym. Artykuł zawiera także layout (makietę – opracowanie własne), która ułatwić ma planowanie i konstruowanie tej formy prezentowania informacji.

Some of the main aeras where a (university) library has a chance to create a positive impact on its image in academia are: conferences (domestic and foreign), training courses and workshops. The success of such projects is determined by their informative value, but also by their formal and visual shape, including ways of presenting scientific information. This article describes one of today's popular forms of its visualization, which is a scientific poster. The specificity of the construction of the tool, that is the combination of text, graphics, and (in some cases) multimedia elements determines that in the current era of information "overload" the use of synthetic forms of presenting information is justified. Starting with the presentation of the first forms of posters, to their composition and construction, to a description of specificity of poster sessions, the author presents his own rules and guidelines by which to construct a graphically correct scientific poster, which can be used in the environment within and beyond the library. The article also contains a layout (a model by the author), which is intended to facilitate the planning and construction of this form of presenting information.

The computer aided 3D visualisation and computer graphic is presently one of the most im-portant skills of designers. Due to the complexity of the modelling process as well as its appeal and expressiveness, this essay considers the question of real realisation task of spatial modelling and computer graphics in the learning curriculum of the secondary schools'.

The research issues undertaken concern the deliberations on whether the need for semantic designation of spaces, objects and places still exists. Do the form and matter indeed have to be filled with content, contain messages in the layer of significance? In the light of the formed architectural space of opportunities considered here, we superimpose ideas and interpretations, without any claim for them to be the only right ones. In confrontation and dialogue, the properties of space, objects and places disappear alternately, as they remain dependent on time – including the one of the recipient’s location.

Podjęta problematyka dotyczy rozważań nad tym, czy nadal istnieje potrzeba semantycznego odznaczania przestrzeni, obiektów i miejsc. Czy na pewno forma i materia muszą być wypełnione treściami, zawierać komunikaty w warstwie znaczeniowej? W świetle rozpatrywanej kształtowanej architektonicznej przestrzeni szans nakładamy wyobrażenia, interpretacje bez roszczeń do bycia jedynie słusznymi. W konfrontacji i dialogu wytracają się raz jedne, innym razem drugie właściwości przestrzeni, obiektów i miejsc, bo te pozostają zależne od czasu, także tego, w jakim znajduje się dany odbiorca.
