Conditions of Effective Development of Information and Communication Competencies of Teaching Staff of the University

The article summarizes the results of the pilot study on the implementation of the model of information and communication competencies of the university teaching staff that was conducted at Borys Grinchenko Kyiv University, Ukraine, and describes the basic stages of the research and the conditions of an effective implementation of the model. The article examines ways of improving the quality of higher education in Ukraine in the context of European quality standards for university educational space. The European standards and guidelines are considered in relation to internal quality assurance. The author examines the model of ICT competencies of teaching and research stuff and describes structural components of this model: motivational target component, organizational and procedural com- ponent, contents and operational and technological component, diagnostic and effective components. The article suggests tools to measure the level of educators’ formation in the ICT competence of teaching and research stuff. The tools are considered in accordance with the form activities of teaching and research stuff. The tools are formed in accordance with the recommendations of UNESCO Standards and Quality Assurance in the European Higher Education Area, namely: understanding and awareness of the role of ICT in education, and basic use of ICT tools.

W artykule przedstawiono niektóre ważne czynniki wpływające na wyniki firm i corporate governance, między innymi good governace na szczeblu kraju i ugrupowań integracyjnych, na co składa się tworzenie infrastruktury legislacyjnej, dobrego prawa, sprzyjającego rozwojowi przedsiębiorstw i całych gospodarek. W opracowaniu dokonano przypomnienia niektórych unormowań prawnych, które pojawiły się po kryzysie finansowym 2008 roku, skutkujących zmianami prawa dla przedsiębiorców. Drugim, ważnym czynnikiem good governance na szczeblu przedsiębiorstwa jest dążenie do wykorzystania nowych, nowoczesnych metod analizy wyników finansowych i poprawnej interpretacji wskaźników finansowych, aby otrzymywać prawidłowe ich oceny w celu lepszego planowania, opracowania trafnych prognoz i budowy strategii. Trzecim elementem w good governance na szczeblu przedsiębiorstwa jest postawienie na innowacyjność firm, a co za tym idzie, wprowadzenie systemu oceny innowacyjności firm jako obowiązującego standardu. Wszystkie te zmiany mają sens, kiedy odbywają się w otoczeniu demokratycznego społeczeństwa z poszanowaniem norm etycznych, wolnego rynku i chęci świadczenia wysokiej jakości usług publicznych, co wynika z przyjętych konsensusów i traktatów zawartych miedzy państwami i instytucjami. W opracowaniu zwraca się uwagę na powiązania good governance na szczeblu kraju i ugrupowania z good governance na szczeblu przedsiębiorstw.

In her study, the author presented some of important factors affecting corporate performance and corporate governance, including good governance at the national level and integration groups, including legislative, good governance and business-to-business growth. In the paper, there were reminded some of the legal regulations that took place after the financial crisis of 2008, resulting in changes in the law for entrepreneurs. Another important factor of good governance at the enterprise level is the pursuit of new, modern financial analysis methods and correct interpretation of financial ratios in order to receive accurate assessments for better planning, accurate forecasting, and strategy building. The third element in good governance at the enterprise level is innovation of companies, and introduction of a system for evaluating business innovation as a standard. All these changes make sense when they are held in a democratic society, respecting ethical norms, free market, and willingness to provide high quality public services resulting from the agreed consensus and treaties concluded between states and institutions. The paper highlights the links between good governance at the country level and good governance at the enterprise level.
