W artykule omówiono kwestie związane z powstaniem i funkcjonowaniem ośrodków odpowiedzialności za koszty. Procedurę ich definiowania powiązano z budżetowaniem działalności operacyjnej. W pierwszej części zdefiniowano ośrodki odpowiedzialności za koszty, w kolejnej – zasady budżetowania tych ośrodków.

The article discusses issues related to the creation and operation of the centers of responsibility for costs. The procedure of defining them was related to budgeting of operating activities. The first part of the paper defines centers of responsibility for costs, the second part – the rules of budgeting of these centers.
