The purpose of the research was confronting corporate declarations in the CSR area with their numerous unethical practices for which information was found in various media. The study is unique because there are no critical analyzes based on empirical studies. The following research methods were used, among others: content analysis, network analysis, archival analysis, case study, targeted selection, random selection, evaluation, document research, monitoring, observation, triangulation and expert selection. Conclusions from the results of research: globalization of conducting business, at breaking the relationship between the owner (owners, shareholders), managers and employees (contractors, as part of outsourcing: subcontractors) de facto led to a total lack of accountability to society (and/or the state). In the axiological sphere, it found expression in a radical transformation of value systems and focusing on profit, and perception of greed as virtue.
In this article, I discuss Natural Novel by contemporary Bulgarian writer, Georgi Gospodinov. I focus on the theme of ‘private apocalypse’. The me- taphor illustrates the dimension of personal crisis experienced by the hero and narrator of the novel. ‘Private apocalypse’ refers to the existential bur- den born by modern man, the burden of creating oneself in a world without constant references and values. It is a phrase meant to capture symbolically modern man’s homelessness and abandonment.
There is no doubt that everyone bears some of the impacts of today’s economic crisis. But the causes of the crisis seem less certain to some theoreticians of the social life. The author examines this situation in the light of the Catholic Social Teaching. He analyses it primarily in the axiological sphere, seen both in their theoretical and practical dimensions. The problem, according to the author of the article, stems not only from detachment of economic activities from ethical rules, but a crisis of axiological reflection on social life itself. Modern dispute about axiological foundations has at its core the disagreement between personalism and liberalism. It is about understanding of the importance of axiology itself, of the concept of man, his freedom and rights, and about the shape of democracy. Whereas there are some common grounds, there is a lot of divergence of opinions, too. It is good then that the dispute be continued with the hope of coming to some agreement and arriving at common axiological foundations for social life.
W artykule omówiono zagadnienia dotyczące roli, jaką odgrywa pedagog szkolny w motywowaniu uczniów „bezdomnych duchowo” do aktywnego włączania się w tworzenie osobistej rzeczywistości. Na użytek artykułu przyjęto określenie „bezdomność duchowa”, które można rozumieć jako brak własnego miejsca oraz pustkę wewnętrzną, która powstała u ucznia w wyniku braku odpowiedniego prowadzenia wychowawczego. Podstawę artykułu stanowią rozważania teoretyczne, skupione wokół problematyki: bezdomności duchowej uczniów, misji pedagoga szkolnego, postrzegania pedagoga szkolnego jako tutora oraz istoty motywowania ucznia, rozumianej jako zarządzanie jego myśleniem w celu ukierunkowania go do podjęcia działań na rzecz własnego rozwoju osobistego.

In the text of the article has been made to discuss the issue of the role of school teacher in motivating students “spiritually homeless” active involvement in the creation of personal reality. For the purposes of the text adopted the term “spiritual homelessness” which can be interpreted as a lack of own space and emptiness inside, which was founded in the student as a result of lack of proper conduct of education. The basis of the article are the theoretical considerations centered around issues: homelessness internal students, the mission school counselor, school counselor perception as a tutor and motivate the student being understood as the management of its thinking in order to channel it to take action for their own personal development.
The motif of the wanderer is not new in the French theatre, but in the first half of the twentieth century due to the general crisis of values, some authors refer to it in order to display the plight of modern man. One of them is H.-R. Lenormand, an author not very well-known to a wider audience nowadays, who under the influence of Strindberg writes plays which refer to the expressionist aesthetics. He creates a lot of works in which he employs the technique of the station drama.. It is this form that allows him to focus on the evolution of the character and his metamorphosis. While in Les Ratés he shows buffoons heading for the brink of despair and finally their certain death, in L'Homme et ses Fantômes he focuses on the inner journey of the main character, who is looking for the reason for his suffering in his own soul.
The aim: A crisis of the family in postmodernity is a consequence of various transformations relating to such phenomena as a crisis of universal values, pluralism, individualism, or frailty of human bonds. How do those phenomena affect the significance and the stability of the family, bringing about the family crisis? Methods: An analysis of social transformations in postmodernity. Results and conclusions: A crisis of values and pluralism in postmodern society have led to the family no longer being considered an essential value or an element of an unalterable social order. Individualistic attitude of postmodern man focused on self-realisation implied that the family should bring personal fulfilment, as well as satisfaction and pleasure. Frail human bonds, in particular, unstable intimate relationships, are changing the family into a contract between free partners, a deal or transaction that should provide for emotional and spiritual needs of contracting parties.

Cel badań: Kryzys rodziny w ponowoczesności jest konsekwencją wielu przemian, wśród których można wyróżnić takie zjawiska, jak zachwianie uniwersalnych wartości i pluralizm, indywidualizm oraz nietrwałość więzi międzyludzkich. Celem artykułu jest zbadanie, w jaki sposób te zjawiska wpływają na znaczenie rodziny i jej trwałość oraz przyczyniają się do jej kryzysu. Metoda: Analiza przemian społecznych w ponowoczesności na podstawie literatury przedmiotu. Wyniki i wnioski: Kryzys wartości i pluralizm w społeczeństwie ponowoczesnym przyczyniły się do tego, że rodzina nie jest już traktowana jako istotna wartość ani jako element nienaruszalnego ładu społecznego. Jednostki w ponowoczesności przyjmują postawę indywidualistyczną i są skoncentrowane na samorealizacji. Nietrwałe więzi międzyludzkie, szczególnie związki intymne, powodują, że rodzina staje się partnerskim układem, umową, transakcją, w której powinny zostać zabezpieczone emocjonalne i duchowe potrzeby każdej ze stron – wolnych partnerów.
