The author briefly presents the contents of the document, based on selected excepts of the Constitution of May 3, 1971 in the Enlightenment European cultural movement, created at the end of the free, noble Commonwealth. He stresses the legislation adopted, innovative on the European scale and in the world, which was proposed by the authors of the Constitution. He refers to preceding and succeeding law and compares the Constitution of May 3, 1971 to other international constitutions.
