Autorka zachęca do stawiania wyzwań, przekazywania odpowiedzialności oraz rozwijania wszystkich pracowników poprzez samodoskonalenie się liderów. Tylko dzięki odpowiednim liderom na właściwych miejscach, w odpowiednim czasie, organizacje mogą skutecznie zarządzać nieuniknionymi zmianami i konkurować na dynamicznych rynkach.

The paper consists of concise historical background of Lean Management, its paradigms explanation and short description of people role in that philosophy. The following monograph illustrates also the culture of effective problem solving. The author encourages to: challenge, empower and develop all employees by self-improvement of the leaders. Only by having appropriate leaders in the right place at the right time, any organization is able to manage unavoidable changes and compete at the dynamic market effectively.
