Celem niniejszego opracowania było wskazanie istoty i znaczenia przedsiębiorczości wewnętrznej oraz opracowanie wielopoziomowego modelu przedsiębiorczości wewnętrznej, jak również diagnoza poziomu wdrażania przedsiębiorczości wewnętrznej. Analizę empiryczną przeprowadzono w trzech małych przedsiębiorstwach. Do badań został wykorzystany wywiad oraz kwestionariusz z pięciostopniową skalą Likerta. Badania wykazały, że przedsiębiorczość wewnętrzna jest wdrażana w badanych przedsiębiorstwach w dużym stopniu.

The aim of this study was to identify the nature and significance of internal entrepreneurship and elaboration a multi-level model of internal entrepreneurship. Moreover, the diagnosis and assessment of the introduction of internal entrepreneurship was conducted. Empirical analysis was made in three small companies. The study was based on interview and questionnaire with a five- point Likert scale. Studies have shown that the internal entrepreneurship is implemented in the surveyed enterprises to a large extent.
