Artykuł zawiera opis struktury własności psychometrycznych Inwentarza źródełs stresu w zawodzie kuratora. Szacowanie własności psychometryczne skali koncentrowało się na szacowani jej rzetelności, trafności oraz mocy dyskryminacyjnej pozycji narzędzia. Testowi poddano grupę Kuratorów Sądowych z Sądu Okręgowego w Warszawie, Sądu Okręgowego Warszawa Praga oraz Sądu Okręgowego we Włocławku. Badanie wykazało, że skala ma wysoki poziom trafności oraz jest rzetelnym narzędziem diagnostycznym.

The paper describes the architecture and the psychometric features of the Stress Factors Inventory for Probation Officers. The assessment of psychometric features of this scale has been focused on its reliability, relevance and its discriminating power. Research subjects were probation officers who work in the territory under the competence of the Regional Court of Praga-Południe District, the Regional Court in Warsaw and the Regional Court in Włocławek. The research results have shown a high reliability and relevance of the analyzed diagnostic tool.

Artykuł zawiera opis struktury i własności psychometrycznych Inwentarza Źródeł Stresu Szkolnego Młodzieży. Określenie własności psychometrycznych skali zostało przeprowadzone poprzez oszacowanie jego rzetelności, trafności oraz mocy dyskryminacyjnej pozycji testowych. Zbadano 421 uczniów. Wyniki przedstawionych badań wskazują na dobre wskaźniki trafności oraz rzetelności narzędzia.

The paper presents the description of the structure and the psychometric properties of the Sources of School Stress Inventory. Psychometric properties of the scale were defined by assessing its reliability, validity and item discrimination power index. The testing covered 421 students. Research findings prove that the scale yields acceptable validity and reliability scores.
