The article describes the process of formation of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations in 1918–1991 through the activities of official representative offices in the countries of destination. The peculiarities of the initiation and development of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations in the 20th century were defined as the stay of Hungary in 1918 as part of the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and Ukraine from 1922 to the restoration of its state independence in 1991 — within the "Soviet empire" of the USSR. The attempts to establish a diplomatic representation of the UNR in Budapest and the establishment of the official relations between Ukraine and Hungary as independent states in 1919 are highlighted. The Extraordinary Diplomatic Mission of the UNR in Budapest, the last among the diplomatic establishments of the UNR, ceased its activities. During its work, the authorities in Hungary were being changed repeatedly; however, the Ukrainian representation retained its powers until May 1924. The forms of representations of Ukraine in Hungary and Hungary in Ukraine were defined: trade missions, diplomatic representations and consular offices, rehabilitation missions. The achievements of the modern Ukrainian and foreign historiography in the study of the history of the formation of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations are taken into account. The directions of activity of the Consulate General of the Hungarian People’s Republic in Kiev in 1969–1991 are considered. The role of Hungarian and Ukrainian diplomats in the preparation of the official recognition of Ukraine by Hungary in 1991 and the launch of a new stage of Ukrainian-Hungarian relations are highlighted. The archival information from the Ukrainian, Hungarian and Austrian archives was used in article. The personal contribution of diplomats (Y. Forgach, V. Printsiga, M. Galagan, V. Sikevich, A. Paldy, D. Tkach, etc.) in the development of the activity of representations in 1918–1991 is considered.

This article analyses diplomatic activities of one of the foremost Hapsburg noblemen, the Count Antonín Jan of Nostitz in Sweden between the years 1685–1690. This mission differed in many aspects from other diplomatic legations in the second half of the 17th century and it largely influenced the consequent career development of the young ambassador. A large range of problems and varied issues, which had greater or lesser impacts, which Count Nostitz had to address in his post, indicate the incredible dynamics of international relationships in the period following the Thirty Years’ War.

The paper addresses an important problem and the frequency of teaching and learning/teaching-learning in higher education/university student, generated by the incapacity to himself selectively information conveyed through alternative sources. The theoretical approach of the course in European Union law from the dual perspective of the studies about the EU (from the perspective of Community law/EU of the European economy as well as from the perspective of the European administration, international relations and historical and cultural studies or interdisciplinary) require students to knowledge/concept related institutions entrusted with the exercise of prerogative powers in a State, who they studied/problems in previous years in fact, it is precisely this times is done or shall not become unwieldy. And last but not least not be overlooked aspects of individual differences that influence the process of learning: the way of thinking and the preferences of both factors (teachers/students) on lifelong learning, which influences the effectiveness of the approaches in the process of instruction (or multiple types of intelligence entitled, the use of information and others).

Missionary activity is one of the most important areas of the various activities of the Russian Orthodox Church. For example, the historical development of the spiritual mission in China, Japan, Korea and Jerusalem shows not only the spiritual component of the missions, but also the political role for Russian state. Today there is a revival of Russian missionary activities that actualizes this subject for research.
