W artykule przedstawiono problem oceny projektów inwestycyjnych w warunkach niepewności i ryzyka z zastosowaniem skierowanych liczb rozmytych. Złożoność problemu szacowania i oceny opłacalności projektów inwestycyjnych przeanalizowano w kontekście istniejących metod oraz podejść. Omówiono koncepcję skierowanych liczb rozmytych umożliwiającą modelowanie w warunkach niepewności i ryzyka. Zaprezentowano wybraną metodę dyskontowaną mającą zastosowanie w ocenie opłacalności projektów, a następnie jej modyfikację polegającą na zastosowaniu skierowanych liczb rozmytych. Celem ilustracji podjętego problemu przedstawiono sposób wykorzystania wybranej zmodyfikowanej metody dyskontowej z zastosowaniem skierowanych liczb rozmytych na przykładzie obliczeniowym do oceny opłacalności wybranego projektu inwestycyjnego.

The paper is devoted to the assessment of investment projects under the conditions of uncertainty and risk using ordered fuzzy numbers. The complexity of the assessment of investment projects is analyzed in the context of existing methods and approaches. The paper discusses the concept of ordered fuzzy numbers, which enable modeling under the conditions of uncertainty and risk. In turn, we present a selected discount method, which can be applied to assessing the profitability of projects. Subsequently, we introduce a modification of the method, which consists in the application of ordered fuzzy numbers. To illustrate the issue, the paper utilizes a computational example to demonstrate how the above mentioned modified discount method based on ordered fuzzy numbers can be applied to assessing the profitability of an investment project.
