Artykuł prezentuje zagadnienie wypłat dywidend w małych i średnich spółkach z rynku NewConnect. Analiza wypłat nie pozwala doszukać się długookresowej polityki wypłat dywidend w przeważającej większości badanych spółek. Zamiast o polityce dywidend bardziej realistycznie można byłoby mówić o wypłatach dywidend w spółkach. Wypłaty dywidend z różnych powodów nie mają dla badanych spółek priorytetowego charakteru.

The paper presents the issue of dividend payments in small and medium companies listed on the NewConnect market. The analysis of payments leads to the conclusion that the majority of these companies do not have a long-term dividend policy. For a variety of reasons, dividend payments are not a priority for these companies.
