Artykuł Dobro odbiorcy w kodeksach etyczno-zawodowych psychologów prowokuje do refleksji nad zmianami w sposobie rozumienia przez psychologów dobra człowieka oraz nad znaczeniem tego faktu. Celem tego komentarza jest próba wskazania na potencjalne ryzyko związane z próbą jednoznacznego zdefiniowania dobra odbiorcy usług psychologicznych. Przyjmując za obowiązującym w Polsce Kodeksem Etyczno-Zawodowym Psychologa, że naczelną wartością w pracy psychologa (również tego, który będzie autorem uzupełnień aktualnej kodyfikacji) jest dobro drugiego człowieka, podsumowaniem komentarza jest refleksja: czy - dla dobra odbiorcy usług psychologicznych - istotniejsza od precyzyjnego zdefiniowania przez psychologów („dawców" tych usług) pojęcia dobra nie będzie koncentracja psychologów na adekwatnym rozpoznaniu natury podmiotu tego dobra?

The article "Client Welfare in Psychologists' Ethics Codes" provokes reflection on changes in the way psychologists understand human welfare and on the significance of this fact. The aim of this comment is to point to the potential risk involved in attempting to define client welfare unambiguously. The essence of the comment - assuming, after the Code of Professional Ethics for the Psychologist currently in effect in Poland, that the paramount value in the work of a psychologist (including one who will introduce additions to the current codification) is the other person's welfare - is the reflection on whether it will not be more important for the welfare of the recipient of psychological services that psychologists (the "providers" of these services) focus on determining the nature of the "subject" of this welfare accurately rather than precisely define the concept of welfare.

Treść artykułu 25 Konstytucji Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej z dnia 2 kwietnia 1997 r. została wypracowana w drodze trwającej od 1989 r. debaty konstytucyjnej, w której – obok środowisk politycznych – uczestniczyły m.in. Kościoły i inne związki wyznaniowe. Szczególna rola w ukształtowaniu przepisów wyznaniowych przypadła Kościołowi Katolickiemu, w tym jego przedstawicielowi w Komisji Konstytucyjnej Zgromadzenia Narodowego – ks. prof. Józefowi Krukowskiemu.

The content of Article 25 of the Constitution of Republic of Poland of 02 April, 1997 was formed as a part of the constitutional debate lasting since 1989. Debate’s members were not only political groups, but also Churches and other denominations. Both Catholic Church and the representative of Constitutional Committee of the National Assembly – Reverend Professor Józef Krukowski played a significant role in forming denominational provisions.

Artykuł dotyczy analizy problemów związanych z uzyskaniem statusu organizacji pożytku publicznego przez kościelne osoby prawne w polskim systemie prawnym. Przedstawione zostały wymogi i podstawowe skutki prawne nabycia przez kościelne osoby prawne tego statusu, które podzielono na aspekt strukturalny i personalny. W dalszej części opracowania został przedstawiony zarys aktualnej procedury sądowej uzyskania powyższego statusu przez kościelne osoby prawne. Na zakończenie artykułu przedstawiono podstawowe wnioski.

The article concerns the analysis of the problems related to obtaining public benefit status by church legal persons in the Polish legal system. In article were presented the basic requirements and legal consequences of the acquisition by the church legal persons that status, which were divided into structural and personal aspect. In the next part of the elaboration was presented the current legal procedure for obtaining this status by church legal persons. Significant conclusions from the analysis were presented at the end of the article.
