Sfera sportu podlega coraz większym wpływom komercjalizacji i profesjonaliza-cji. Dlatego też, aby móc walczyć jak równy z równym na arenie krajowej czy międzynarodowej, podmioty działające w sporcie muszą szukać alternatywnych sposobów finansowania. Jest to konieczne, aby posiadać odpowiednie środki na prowadzenie działalności sportowej. W konsekwencji prowadzenie działalności gospodarczej staje się de facto jednym z najważniejszych celów tych podmiotów. Celem artykułu jest omówienie zagadnień dotyczących specyfiki oznaczania przedsiębiorców w świecie sportu. Autorka przyjęła za hipotezę badawczą założenie, że wpływ na oznaczanie podmiotów działających w sferze sportu mają aspekty natury prawnej, jak również ekonomicznej.

The increase of commercialization and professionalisation has influence on sports’ world. If sport clubs want to fight hand to hand on international area with one anoth-er, the alternative ways for this financing have to be found. It is necessary in order to possess the proper recourses on conducting sports activity. In consequence, conducting economic activity is one of the most important goals of that entrepreneurs. Sports clubs include sponsoring agreements with entrepreneurs and use their trademarks. This measures give a chance to develop their activity. The maingoal of this article is to analyse specificity of sports’ entrepreneurs’ designation. The author of this article supposes that law regulations and economic aspects have main influence on the ways of sports’ entrepreneurs’ designation.
