W artykule został omówiony problem dopalaczy. W jego pierwszej części zaprezentowano ewolucję oraz stan obecny regulacji prawnych normujących posiadanie i obrót substancjami psychoaktywnymi. W drugiej części tekstu zostały zaprezentowane wyniki badań ankietowych przeprowadzonych wśród młodzieży gimnazjalnej odnośnie wiedzy i postaw wobec problemu dopalaczy.

The first part of the article describes the evolution and the current shape of the law on the possession and trade of psychotropic substances. This is followed by a presentation of the results of questionnaire-based survey among the Middle High School youth on their knowledge of, and attitudes toward, the so-called „psychostimulant issue”.
