Insufficient development of employee pension schemes (EPS) in Poland implies the need to make such changes in legislation that this institution will develop in a satisfactory size. In this text the author proposes several changes of different weights to be introduced to the Act of 20 April 2004 on employee pension schemes, which changes should achieve the goals defined as the dissemination and simplification of EPS.

Niedostateczny rozwój pracowniczych programów emerytalnych w Polsce implikuje konieczność dokonania takich zmian w ustawodawstwie aby instytucja ta rozwinęła się w zadawalającym rozmiarze. W artykule autor postuluje wprowadzenie kilkunastu zmian różnej wagi do ustawy z dnia 20 kwietnia 2004 r. o pracowniczych programach emerytalnych, które to zmiany powinny pozwolić osiągnąć zamierzone cele upowszechnienia oraz uproszczenia PPE.
