Zadania dydaktyki biologii wobec permanentnej reformy szkolnej, zmian programowych, społecznych i środowiskowych. Brak głębszych badań nad zasadnością i efektywnością zbyt pospiesznie dokonywanych zmian, w tym badań nad nowymi podstawami programowymi i podręcznikami szkolnymi oraz niezbędnym wyposażeniem szkół. Jednostronne ukierunkowanie wydawnictw na publikację podręczników szkolnych i poradników biologiczno-dydaktycznych. Konieczność podnoszenia jakości publikowanych opracowań biologiczno-dydaktycznych. Nadmierne skoncentrowania się dydaktyków i nauczycieli przedmiotów przyrodniczych na realizację założeń Strategii Edukacji na rzecz Zrównoważonego Rozwoju kosztem innych równie ważnych problemów. Negatywne konsekwencje traktowania przez władze dydaktyki przedmiotów przyrodniczych jako kierunku/przedmiotu usługowego. Niezadowalająca troska władz o trwały rozwój naukowy dydaktyków przedmiotów przyrodniczych. Propozycje działań zmierzających do poprawy sytuacji.

The tasks of the didactics of Biology are complicated because of the permanent educational reform, updates of the curriculum, social and environmental changes. Lack of content-related research dealing with the legitimacy and effectiveness of such changes can be observed e.g. in a rapid reforms introduced in a hurry, including the studies on new core curriculum and school textbooks, and the essential school equipment. The main topics of the article are listed below: Unilateral targeting of publishers towards publishing school textbooks and teaching instructions for biology teachers; the need to improve the quality of the published studies in the range of biology and teaching itself. The excessive focus of educators and natural science teachers on the implementation of the premises dealing with the Strategy of Education for Sustainable Development at the expense of other equally important issues. The negative consequences of referring to the didactics of natural sciences by the authorities as a field or subject of services; Unsatisfactory attention of the authorities paid to the sustainable science development of science educators; Suggestions of actions to improve the situation.
