The article provides an answer in a new dimension to the very old question about the real value of production which has become up to date again after the financial crisis with its immense losses of securities and stocks. The answer includes the knowledge from the latest research on the existence of the economic order in the real equal natural world with energy as the means of payment. The results of a microeconomic approach within this natural order, based on observations and characteristics of marginal quantities within production processes, are described.

Scharakteryzowano założenia i zadania produkcji ekologicznej oraz wymagania dotyczące żywności ekologicznej. Opisano system kontroli i certyfikacji żywności ekologicznej. Omówiono znakowanie dla tej kategorii produktów. Porównano rynek żywności ekologicznej i konwencjonalnej. Opisano czynniki wyboru żywności ekologicznej przez konsumentów w świetle przeprowadzonych badań. Stwierdzono, że żywność ekologiczna znajduje rosnące zainteresowanie i nabywców wśród świadomych konsumentów. System ekologicznego gospodarowania daje możliwość pozyskiwania wielu różnorodnych biologicznie i bezpiecznych zdrowotnie produktów. W tym aspekcie rolnictwo ekologiczne stanowi najpoważniejsze źródło naturalnej żywności funkcjonalnej. The assumptions and tasks of ecological production as well as requirements for organic food were characterized. The system of control and certification of organic food has been described. The labeling for this product category is discussed. The market for organic and conventional food was compared. The factors determining the choice of organic food by consumers in the light of the research have been described. It was found that organic food finds growing interest and buyers among conscious consumers. The eco-management system provides the opportunity to acquire a wide range of biologically and health-safe products. In this respect, organic farming is the most important source of natural functional food.

Celem rozważań jest określenie znaczenia ekotargów w promocji zrównoważonej konsumpcji. W trakcie badań poznano m.in. opinię wystawców na temat funkcji targów oraz określono źródła finansowania ich udziału w Natura Food. Ponadto w artykule przedstawiono pojęcie zrównoważonej konsumpcji, targów oraz scharakteryzowano targi Natura Food na tle innych ważnych krajowych i światowych imprez targowych branży ekologicznej. Przedstawiono również pojęcie produktu ekologicznego w świetle aktualnych przepisów prawnych oraz zrównoważonej konsumpcji. Badania własne zrealizowano na terenie Centrum Targowego w Łodzi w październiku 2014 roku. Dobór wystawców miał charakter celowy. W badaniach wykorzystano metodę wywiadu bezpośredniego. W trakcie badań stwierdzono, że ekotargi odgrywają ważną rolę w promocji zrównoważonej konsumpcji. Zauważono, że wystawcy biorący udział w badaniach traktują targi jako miejsce wymiany informacji, narzędzie prowadzenia działalności marketingowej oraz handlowej.

An aim of considerations is to define the importance of eco fairs in promotion of sustainable consumption. In the course of research there was revealed, inter alia, the opinion of exhibitors on the fair function as well as defined the sources of financing their participation in Natura Food. Moreover, there was presented in the article the notion of sustainable consumption, fairs as well as characterised the Natura Food fair against the background of other important national and global fair events in the ecological branch. The author also presented the notion of ecological product in the light of present legal regulations and those related to sustainable consumption. The own research was carried out in the area of Fair Centre in Łódź in October 2014. The selection of exhibitors was of the purposive nature. In the research, was used the method of direct interview. In the course of research, the author ascertained that eco fairs played an important role in promotion of sustainable consumption. He noted that exhibitors taking part in the research treated fairs as the place of information exchange, the tool for carrying out marketing and trade activities.

Цель рассуждений – определить значение экоярмарок в продвижении устойчивого потребления. По ходу исследований узнали, в частности, мнение экспонентов о функции ярмарок, а также определили источники финансирования их участия в ярмарке Natura Food. Кроме того, в статье представили понятие устойчивого потребления, ярмарки и дали характеристику ярмарки Natura Food на фоне других важных национальных и мировых ярмарочных мероприятий в экологической отрасли. Представили тоже понятие экологи- ческого продукта в свете актуальных положений законов и устойчивого потребления. Собственные обследования провели на территории Центра ярмарок в Лодзи в октябре 2014 г. Выбор экспонентов имел целесообразный характер. В обсле- дованиях использовали метод непосредственного интервью. По ходу обследований констатировали, что экоярмарки играют важную роль в продвижении устойчивого потребления. Заметили, что экспоненты, принимающие участие в обследованиях, считают ярмарки местом обмена ин- формацией, инструментом осуществления маркетинговой и торговой деятельности.

Absolwent uczelni technicznej powinien m.in. znać także pozatechniczne aspekty i skutki działalności inżynierskiej, w tym jej wpływ na środowisko. W artykule przedstawiono wyniki badań ankietowych, których celem było poznanie stopnia zainteresowania studentów zagadnieniami dotyczącymi środowiska naturalnego, zrozumienia przez nich powiązań między działalnością człowieka i stanem środowiska oraz ich gotowości do uczestnictwa w rozwiązywaniu problemów ekologicznych. Młodzi ludzie rozpoczynający studia posiadają już pewną wiedzę na temat degradacji i ochrony środowiska, zaskakujący jest jednak stosunkowo mały udział (10–20%) odpowiedzi wskazujących szkołę jako źródło wiedzy ankietowanych na temat środowiska naturalnego. Zwrócono uwagę na konieczność lepszego wykorzystania możliwości dotarcia przez szkołę do dzieci i młodzieży, a także na konsekwencje wynikające z faktu, że podstawowe źródła wszelkiej wiedzy stanowią dla młodych ludzi internet i telewizja.

A graduate of a technical university should, among others, have knowledge of non-technical aspects and effects of engineering activities, including their impact on the environment. The article presents the results of a survey aimed at knowing the degree of the students’ interest in environmental issues, their understanding of the relationship between human activities and the condition of the environment as well as their willingness to participate in solving environmental problems. Young people enrolling in a university already have some knowledge of the degradation and conservation of the environment. What surprises, however, is a relatively small proportion (10–20%) of the responses indicating the school as a source of the respondents’ knowledge of the natural environment. Attention was drawn to the need to make a better use of opportunities the school has to appeal to children and young people, as well as to the consequences of the fact that Internet and television are the primary sources of knowledge for young people.

The lexical and discursive analysis proposed in this article is intended to show how and in what circumstances a new seme (ecological for our case studies) is being grafted to the virtual-dictionary-meaning of a word-term and what are the consequences. The presented lexical creations decryption and decortication are showing that each lexeme has a lexical-discursive profile that is progressively created, formed and attached to the statement in which it is located. Having noticed that speakers are knowingly pretending or not the opacity of their statements, we will see that the lexical-discursive profile allows a better understanding of lexical creations which abound in the press discourse.

Zaproponowana w artykule analiza leksykalno-dyskursywna ma na celu pokazanie, w jaki sposób i w jakich kontekstach nowo utworzony sem (w tym przypadku ‘ekologiczny’) nadaje nowe, dodatkowe, znaczenia wyrazom w dotychczasowych definicjach słownikowych, co wiąże się z pewnymi konsekwencjami leksykalnymi. Wyszukiwanie oraz szczegółowe analizowanie tego typu wytworów leksykalnych dowodzi, że każdy leksem ma swój określony profil leksykalno-dyskursywny, podążający za daną wypowiedzią, w której tworzy się i utrwala. Jako że niektórzy rozmówcy, świadomie lub nie, uciekają się do niejasnych wypowiedzi, chcemy pokazać, że profil leksykalno-dyskursywny umożliwia lepsze zrozumienie wspomnianych wytworów leksykalnych, w które obfituje dyskurs prasowy.

L’analyse lexico-discursive proposée dans cet article a pour but/ambition de montrer comment et dans quelles circonstances un sème nouveau (écologique pour nos cas étudiés) vient se greffer au sens virtuel-dictionnairique d’un mot-vocable et quelles en sont les conséquences. Le décryptage et la décortication des créations lexicales présentées prouvent que chaque lexème a un profil lexico-discursif qui se crée, se forme et se fixe au fur et à mesure de l’énoncé dans lequel il se trouve. Ayant remarqué que les locuteurs feignent sciemment ou non l’opacité de leurs énoncés, nous verrons que le profil lexico-discursif permet une meilleure compréhension des créations lexicales dont les discours de presse fourmillent.
