The study analyses the possibility to measure the scale of disproportion in the development of the synthetic feature between spatial objects over a period of time on the basis of relativised values of diagnostic features. The study also proposes the construction of taxonomically relative indices of development according to the approach based on spatial median and it compares this approach with the classic approach proposed by Wydymus (2013). Both approaches are illustrated with a numerical example referring to the economic infrastructure in rural areas of the counties in Wielkopolskie Voivodeship.

The article presents the usefulness of quantile regression for the analysis of diversification in entrepreneurship in rural areas of communes in Wielkopolskie Voivodeship. The dependence between the entrepreneurship indicator value and the density and availability of the water and sewerage infrastructure was determined for individual quantiles of the entrepreneurship indicator distribution. This approach enables estimation of different quantile functions of the conditional cumulative distribution function of the entrepreneurship indicator. This analysis enables atypical observations when the conditional cumulative distribution function is diversified and does not have a standard form.

W artykule przedstawiono analizę stanu, dynamikę zmian i zróżnicowanie przestrzenne w zakresie dostępności i zagęszczenia infrastruktury gospodarczej i ich powiązanie z odległością od Poznania, rozwojem przedsiębiorczości i gęstością zaludnienia na obszarach wiejskich woj. wielkopolskiego. Najlepszym dostępem ludności wiejskiej do usług infrastrukturalnych charakteryzowały się powiaty położone blisko Poznania. Ponadto wzrost odległości od Poznania wpływał na spadek przedsiębiorczości wyrażony za pomocą wskaźników przedsiębiorczości dla nowo zarejestrowanych i dla podmiotów gospodarczych wpisanych do rejestru REGON ogółem. Zarówno dostępność infrastruktury gospodarczej w 2013 r., jak i dynamika zmian infrastrukturalnych w latach 2004—2013 na obszarach wiejskich miały istotny statystycznie wpływ na liczbę podmiotów gospodarki narodowej w przeliczeniu na 10 tys. ludności w wieku produkcyjnym w woj. wielkopolskim.

The article presents the analysis of the dynamics of change and spatial diversity in the availability and density of economic infrastructure and their relation to the distance from Poznan, entrepreneurship and population density in rural areas of Wielkopolskie Voivodship. Powiats located near Poznan characterize the greatest availability of rural population to infrastructure services. Furthermore, the increased distance from Poznan influenced the decline in business, expressed by indicators of entrepreneurship for newly registered and for operators entered in the register REGON total. Both the availability of economic infrastructure in 2013 as well as the dynamics of infrastructure in 2004—2013 in rural areas have a statistically significant impact on the number of economic entities per 10 thousand people at the working age in Wielkopolskie Voivodship.

В статье был представлен анализ состояния, динамики изменений и пространственной дифференциации в области доступности и плотности экономической инфраструктуры и их связь с расстоянием Wiadomości Statystyczne nr 5/2016 от Познани, развитием предпринимательства и плотностью населения в сельских районах великопольского воеводства. Самой большой доступностью сельского населения к инфраструктурным услугам характеризовались повяты расположенные недалеко от Познани. Кроме того увеличение расстояния от Познани влияло на снижение предпринимательства, представленного с использованием показателей предпринимательства для впервые зарегистрированных и для экономических субъектов находившихся в регистре REGON в целом. Как доступность экономической инфраструктуры в 2013 г., так и динамика инфраструктурных изменений в 2004—2013 гг в сельских районах имели значительное со статистической точки зрения влияние на число субъектов национальной экономики в пересчете на 10 тыс. населения в производственном возрасте в великопольском воеводстве.
