Do głównych zadań technologii informacyjnej zalicza się wyrównywanie szans rozwojowych między miastem i wsią. Zastosowania komputerów w procesach kształcenia były wielokrotnie obiektem badań własnych, lecz po raz pierwszy badaniami objęto tereny nisko zurbanizowane. W badaniach nie dostrzeŜono znaczących objawów opóźnienia w rozwoju edukacji z zastosowaniem zdobyczy technologii informacyjnej na terenach wiejskich. Wszelkie dostrzegane zapóźnienia są związane z wymiarem technicznym (np. mobilność), co nie przekłada się na aspekt ludzki

The main tasks of information technology is one of the equal opportunities of development between urban and rural areas. Using computers for learning have been repeatedly the object of own research, but the first time, the research included low-urbanized areas. In the studies did not noticed significant signs of delay in the development of education using information technology achievements in rural areas. Any perceived backwardness are associated with the level of technical subject (eg mobility), which is not transferred to the human aspect.
