In the article, attention has been focused on the concepts of “educational and methodological providing” and “educational and methodological complex”. We have described the principles, according to which educational and methodological complexes were created for providing the teaching of disciplines of naturally scientific preparation of the future doctors and pharmacists. We have found out, that the principle of integrity was initial during creation the educational and methodological complexеs. The model of the educational and methodological complexеs that providethe teaching of disciplines of naturally scientific preparationhas been developed. The model of the educational and methodological complexеs consists of 5 interconnected structural components – units, namely the units of the normative documentation, the program-planning documentation, the teaching and methodological support, means of training and means of control. We have found out, that sectoral standards of higher education, training programs (typical and working), and also textbooks and manuals form an invariant core of the created educational and methodological complexеs. It has been found out, that during teaching the disciplines of naturally scientific preparation created within the limits of the developed model of educational and methodological complexеs is a tool of the system- methodological support of the process of formation of information technology competence (the IT competence) of the future specialists. They are also a factor due to which different didactics means of teaching are integrated into one and correspond to the learning objectives. We have come to the conclusion, that in modern conditions of variability, differentiation and standardization of higher medical and pharmaceutical education, educational and methodological complexes, which were created for providing the teaching of disciplines of naturally scientific preparationwithin the limits of the developed model, is an important means of its methodological support and also largely aimed at the formation of the IT competence of the future doctors and pharmacists.

Incorporating Nanotechnologies in a course of school physics requires an update of material and technical basis and implementation of information and communication technologies. The introduction of educational innovations will promote education informatization, meet educational needs of students and prepare young generation to life in nanotechnological society. The purpose of the article is to prove the feasibility of using ICT in studying the nanoscience and nanotechnology in secondary school. The main directions for use of information and communication technologies are listed according to the methods and forms of pupils’ education in teaching nanotechnologies: preparation of printed handouts; visualization of nanotechnological processes using multimedia technologies; illustration of content tasks; interactive learning in individual mode; use of virtual reality and modeling software for visualization and research of real nanotechnology process; execution of computer labs; processing and analysis of research findings or observations; use of tests for centralized and more objective monitoring of the quality of students’ knowledge; use of search, interactive and informational opportunities of Internet resources by the teacher and students. Information and communication technologies allow teacher to form pupils’ idea about nano-objects, nanomaterials and their properties in more details, to acquaint pupils with modern means of experimental research of nanometer range objects; to increase the efficiency of educational process based on the skills of independent work with educational material, ability to plan execution research tasks, analyze the data, draw conclusions and evaluate the results. The use of information and communication technologies in teaching nanotechnology is a means of formation pupils’ information competence. Features of the implementation of the educational potential of ICT in teaching nanotechnologies were identified: increase of cognitive interest of students to study nanoscience; differentiation and individualization of educational trajectory; control and diagnostics of pupils’ knowledge quality on nanotechnology; teaching nanotechnology at academic level; developing skills of modeling objects and processes of nanoworld; nanoworld simulation process that cannot be replicated in the laboratory experiment conditions; acquaintance with the structure and principles of nanotechnology equipment. The prospects for the future research are seen in creation of Ukrainian educational and methodological complex for studying nanotechnology that will be available online.

In the article it is defined that the educational and methodological complex is a certain set of instructional documents that is the design of the educational process which will be subsequently implemented in practice; the model of the future pedagogical system of studying the discipline, the model of specialty in general is revealed. The creation of such a project allows selecting the most effective ways to achieve the goals of training the specialists. The required set of the documents depends on what is necessary to be designed in educational and upbringing complex. The answer to this question can be obtained if one defines the object that the teachers are creating in their practice training and education. These objects, as the pedagogical analysis shows are as well as the private educational system created in the process of teaching the subject and the overall educational system of the educational institution as a whole, consisting of private pedagogical systems of the totality of the subjects of this specialty. The author describes the stages of creating the educational and methodological complex: empirical, theoretical, implementation of the means, ideas and methods of computerization. It is proved that the development of the scientific and methodological support of the educational and upbringing process is a complex and time-consuming methodological problem which solution is not beyond the capacity of educational groups of any educational schools. Thus, educational and methodological complex is a model or future educational system of studying this discipline or a specialty model in general. Naturally, the composition of the methodological documents of the educational and methodological complex depends on the discipline and the specialty. In any case, it should be a model of the adopted educational system. Conscious and deliberate creation and improvement of educational system is the main official duty of a teacher of any educational institution. As it has already been indicated, the educational and methodological training complexes are the external, tangible embodiment of this activity, i.e. a set of methodological documents, with the help of which can be created the educational system. To really solve this problem in the future, it was necessary to take seriously the scientific and pedagogical support of the restructuring of secondary and higher education, the improving of pedagogical culture of all the activities of the students and teachers of educational institutions in general. The current uncertainty of the scientific and pedagogical methods of the provision of the educational process must be overcome that the lift of the quality of teaching should be real, not mythical and elusive as it was repeatedly mentioned in the party and government documents on the problems of the improvement of higher, secondary special and general education. The development of scientific and methodological complex of the educational process is a complex and time-consuming methodological problem which solution is not beyond the capacity of educational groups of any educational institutions. The only thing required for this is professional scientific and pedagogical and specific competence of the designers of the provision. We stress that the organizing principle of all the developments is the strict conception of the structure, components and functional connections in the designed (or improved) educational system.
