Przygotowanie młodzieży do planowania kariery zawodowej. Analiza porównawcza uczniów z niepełnosprawnością ruchową i pełnosprawnych

Artykuł podejmuje problematykę przygotowania uczniów kończących liceum ogólnokształcące do planowania kariery zawodowej. Opracowanie ma charakter doniesienia z badań porównawczych pomiędzy uczniami z niepełnosprawnością ruchową a uczniami sprawnymi. W badaniach wykorzystano Kwestionariusz Orientacji Zawodowej, który umożliwił pomiar poziomu informacji edukacyjno-zawodowej uczniów oraz określenie decyzji uczniów w zakresie wyboru zawodu. Badaniami objęto grupę 200 uczniów III klas liceów ogólnokształcących w wieku 18–21 lat. Liczebności zostały dobrane kwotowo: 100 uczniów niepełnosprawnych ruchowo oraz 100 osób pełnosprawnych. Uzyskane rezultaty badań poziomie istotnym statystycznie wskazują na zależność między poziomem informacji edukacyjno-zawodowej a gotowością uczniów do podejmowania decyzji o wyborze zawodu.

The article deals with the issue of readiness for career planning in students who are about to graduate from high school. This paper is a report on comparative research on students with motor disabilities and nondisabled students. The Career Orientation Questionnaire was used in the research to measure the level of information on education and career students have, and to determine their decisions on career choices. Participants were 200 senior high school students aged 18–21. A quota sampling method was used to select participants: 100 students with motor disabilities and 100 nondisabled students. The research findings show a statistically significant relationship between the level of information on education and career students have and their readiness for making career choices.
