Przedmiotem analizy jest krytyka międzynarodowych badań PISA, których wyniki są niesłusznie wykorzystywane przez Ministerstwo Edukacji Narodowej do własnych reform szkolnych, jak i manipulowania opinią społeczną na temat rzekomych sukcesów władzy. To zdumiewające, że w Polsce od 2000 r., kraju uczestniczącym systematycznie co trzy lata w pomiarze osiągnięć szkolnych piętnastolatków, naukowcy nie dokonali krytycznej analizy zarówno założeń metodologicznych tych badań, jak i sensu ich prowadzenia. Pomiar PISA nic nam nie mówi o procesie kształcenia, o jego uwarunkowaniach, o tym, kto i jak kształci nasze dzieci oraz w jakich warunkach. Całkowicie pomija przemiany systemowe, społeczno-polityczne i makrooświatowe kraju pochodzenia uczniów oraz ich środowisko codziennego życia. The analysis is based on critical approach to international PISA survey, which results are wrongly used by the Ministry of Education for its school reforms and to manipulate public opinion on the alleged success of government. It is amazing that in Poland, which systematically takes part every three years to measure school achievement of fifteen year olds since 2000, researchers still have not made a critical analysis of both the methodological assumptions of these studies, as well as the meaning of their conduct. PISA measurement tells us nothing about the process of learning. Moreover, it does not present its conditions. It does not reveal who and how educate our children and under what kind of conditions. There are totally ignored the socio-political, macro-educational and system changes of the country of origin of students and their everyday life environment. It is the highest time to remove the mask of the statistical data manipulation in case of political interests of bureaucrats .
