Celem artykułu jest analiza wybranych trailerów popularyzujących wystawy czasowe w największych muzeach świata i uwypuklenie funkcji edukacyjnych tych filmów. Filmy promujące wystawy czasowe, poprzez swoją formę i treść mają za zadanie zaciekawić odbiorcę i zachęcić go do wizyty w muzeum. Cel ten realizowany jest przez przygotowanie filmowej obudowy wystawy i zastosowanie w niej dwojakich, często przeplatających się ze sobą środków: wprowadzenie zaskakującej fabuły, nierzadko o charakterze interaktywnym. Odbiorcy biorą udział w jej powstawaniu lub też w samym projekcie. Drugim sposobem jest wyraźne zaakcentowanie celów edukacyjnych poprzez objaśnianie tajników wiedzy specjalistycznej, takiej jak wiadomości o konserwacji, koncepcji wystaw czy metodach aranżacji. Wreszcie omówienie wiodących dzieł czy też skoncentrowanie się na mniej znanych szczegółach, co przybliża odbiorcy postać twórcy, proces tworzenia dzieła jak i artefakty, dzięki czemuspełniony zostaje wstępny warunek edukacyjny. Realizowanie tych dwóch ścieżek w filmachpromujących ekspozycje czasowe, zostało przedstawione na wybranych przykładach, zarówno z muzeów polskich i zagranicznych.

This article aims to analyse selected trailers from temporary exhibitions which were popularized by the largest museums of the world, and also bring out their educational function. Currently, exhibitions, promoting films through its form and content, are designed to interest people and encourage them to visit the museum. This is done by preparing a film exhibition and using two different means which are often interwoven with one another, namely the introduction of a surprising story which is interactive in nature. The visitors take part in the formation or the project itself. The second approach is to have a clear educational emphasis and to explain the expertise and insider secrets of how it is maintained, and also the concepts of the exhibitions as well as the methods of arrangement. Finally there is a discussion of the leading works, and sometimes also a focus on lesser-known details which brings the participant, the creation’s producer as well as the process of creating and artifacts themselves closer to one another. In this way, by introducing the exhibition the prerequisites of an educational aspect are met. These two ideas in films promoting temporary exhibitions have been shown in selected examples, both in Polish and foreign museums.
