Aim of this article is to show relations between reforming of educational law and school practise, For example effectiveness and their meaning for innovations and educational alternatives. This is theoretical and practical approach. In this article analysed models of implementation educational inovations. It shows that changes of practise are in control of educational politics and law norms. From 2010 we have a new rules which goal is to improve quality of diagnose and developmental support of gifted children. Teachers working with gifted children are first line of changes. Teachers (N=95) were asked to assess effectivnes of reguations and their meaning in the work with gifted children. Results shows that quality of support of gifted children is based mostly on authonomic decisions and motivation of teachers. Educational changes which are not consulted with them concludes mainly with additional paper work for them.

The article in its introduction does present an attempt of facing the dificulties in defining alternativity and innovation in education, taking as the basis opinions of Polish and Czech pedagogists and theoreticians. Second part of the paper is made by a description of examples of alternative and innovative educational activities undertaken in contemporary Czech Republic.

The paper presents the results of an analysis of the community life of three Facebook groups that bring together Czech history teachers. By combining content and discourse analysis of the posts and discussions, it seeks to provide information on the functioning of these groups and their potential for the professional development of their members.

The role of educational innovations in learning process of foreign languages at higher school is found out in the article. Such theoretical methods as systemically-analytical, terminological analysis of pedagogical scientific literature, synthesis of pedagogical experience have been used in the research in order to study different scientific approaches and development. Usage of innovative technologies in educational process makes the quality of a student education better. To the authors mind, the most effective and productive, among educational innovations, which promote learning process of foreign languages, are: interactive technologies, informative-communication technologies and web-technologies. Interactive technologies which are characterized by organization of active study model, allow saving classroom time, update activization of searching by the students new knowledge, stimulating the teachers to search new forms, methods of organization educational process at educational establishments. Informative communicative technologies (ICT) have a number of advantages in the learning process of foreign languages. ICT is a motivate means which makes the process of learning more interesting and fascinating, offers a wide range of multimedia means which allow to diversify educational process (for example, to use texts, charts, video, separately or combined, applying Power Point or an interactive board), gives an opportunity of intensive independent study. Web-technologies allow realizing the didactic principle of presentation at the expense of the wide application of multimedia – static and the dynamic (animated) graphics, video, sound. Technology of hypertext is one of the components of web technology which creates conditions for study to use different services of the Internet. The results of the research can be used in teaching such training courses as «Foreign language», «Foreign Language for Specific Purposes», «Business Foreign Language», «Practice of Oral and Written Speech (foreign languages)». It is determined that interactive, informative communication and web-technologies play an important role in expansion and improvement of foreign-language knowledge of the students and form students communicative skills. The prospects of the subsequent research consist in creation of the personal focused innovative technologies which would open individual abilities of the student.

Inthis the essence of the problem of organizing interaction of the subjects of the educational process. A review of scientific sources on the research problem is done. Based on empirical research, the results of studying the readiness of primary school teachers to organize interaction in the classroom are presented. The analysis of the survey, in which Ivano-Frankivsk region (Ukraine) teachers participated, was carried out. The subject of the study was to determine the concept of "dialogic interaction", the use of this method in primary school, as well as teachers' difficulties in organizing interactive learning in the classroom: insufficient methodological support, the gap between theoretical knowledge and challenges of school practice. 48.2% of teachers use interaction every day or at each lesson to intensify students' learning activities, to stimulate their cognitive interests, to establish cooperation and co-creation. There are also respondents who do not practice or use this technique very rarely. It was found that some respondents (almost 55%) will have difficulty in organizing interactive interaction in the educational process; 25% - indicated some difficulties using these methods in primary school, 20% - have no difficulty organizing an educational dialogue with students in class.

W artukule postawiono tezę, że głównym zadaniem nauk pedagogicznych jest stworzenie prawidłowo funkcjonującego systemu edukacji zawodowej przyszłego nauczyciela, nakreślenie kierunków ukraińskich innowacji, jak również możliwości współpracy w tych sektorach ukraińskich i polskich nauczycieli. W artykule poruszono również problem interakcji pedagogicznej jako społecznej i psychologicznej adaptacji i dostosowania procesu tworzenia i rozwoju osobistego przyszłego nauczyciela w kontekście globalizacji społeczeństwa opartego na wiedzy.

This article deals with the problem of the professional education of the students who are studying at the Pedagogical University. It is important today that the main task of the pedagogical science is to make system of the professional education of the future teacher. The main directions of the national priorities Ukrainian innovations and their importance for the Polish education system, as well as cooperation opportunities in these sectors of the Ukrainian and Polish teachers. The practical significance of the results determined by the effectiveness of the proposed approach in thinking about education policy, its structural elements, the directions of its influence on the development of a knowledge society, knowledge-economy of the individual.

Dzieci w młodszym wieku szkolnym przechodzą okres wzmożonego nabywania kompetencji emocjonalno-społecznych, a także zawiązywania pierwszych relacji interpersonalnych. Ważne jest, by proces ten przebiegał harmonijnie i był właściwie stymulowany. W dobie współczesnych zagrożeń jest to wyzwanie dla pedagogów, które zmusza do poszukiwania nowych, atrakcyjnych, a zarazem prostych dla dzieci metod oddziaływania wychowawczego – by mało inwazyjnie, dyskretnie i subtelnie wpływać na młodego człowieka oraz jego motywacje w obszarze umiejętności emocjonalno-społecznych z zakresu relacji rówieśniczych. Niniejszy tekst jest opisem badań nad wykorzystaniem metod arteterapeutycznych w pracy z dziećmi w młodszym wieku szkolnym w obszarze relacji rówieśniczych. Autorka stara się dowieść, że arteterapia może stać się odpowiedzią na współczesne wyzwania wychowawcze i wpływać na relacje rówieśnicze dzieci w młodszym wieku szkolnym.

At their first stage of education, children face the intensified process of acquiring emotional and social competence, as well as developing interpersonal relations. It is of crucial value to make this process go smoothly and be well stimulated. In this era of modern threats, this process poses a challenge for teachers, forcing them to seek innovational and attractive educational methods which will enable them to have a gentle impact on the personal motivation of a young learner in his or her emotional and social abilities of interpersonal peer relations. This text is a description of research in the area of the use of art therapy in early learner education in the scope of their interpersonal relations. The author tries to demonstrate that art therapy can become a major key in resolving educational obstacles and can have a positive impact on interpersonal relations of children in their early education.
