In the era of information technology and general digitization of society, invasion of every kind of software is evident. No matter how laudable is the existence and development of educational software, taking into account its role, its quality and whether it achieves the desired goal is very important. In addition to programming experts it is necessary to include educational experts in certain fields when developing educational software. Those who should take an active part and be able to distinguish good from bad educational software are certainly teachers. Especially as they should be the most competent persons from which parents will seek the advice and opinion when searching for appropriate educational software.

ncontrolled and inappropriate use of technology (mobile phones, tablets and PC) among pre-school children is harmfulto their physical and mental development. The use of technology at this age should not be limited to 30 minutesper day.Anything over that timecan cause addiction.Even during this interval, the use of inappropriate content i.e., games, social networks may not encourage deepanalytical thinking; instead,it makes a ‘flow water heater’ from a brain causingthe reception of a huge amount of information that cannot be processed or stimulated by the brain to solve problems and develop synapses that are responsible for functional thinking. On the other hand, during that period, children experience a range of emotions such as sadness, anger, happiness, fear, love, surprise, disgust, and shame. These emotions cause an increasein serotonin levels, which functions as a form of morphine in children’s brain. It is much more effective for a child to engage in some form of motor activitiese.g., playing, climbing or crawling which successfully stimulates the formation of synapses in the child's brain. This new generation of children addictedto technology in schools creates problems. The aim of this paper is to outlinethis multifacated problem.

Our society has been still achieving higher state of recognition, whilst the majority of new findings has been more complicated and then more difficult to understand to. Therefore, it is necessary to bring to life new methods and forms of education which mobilize not only thinking but also self-dependent students’ creativity and help them to acquire everlasting knowledge. The upgrade of education conduct greatly contributes in this process and particularly in the area of its technical support. Besides, there is a strong motivating load in the computers exploitation that leads to creativity and individual formation.
