Information technology thoroughly modifies legal principles. Especially the rules of hearing the cases, and procedures governing the settlement of disputes are undergoing some changes. Judicial and administrative proceedings receive a new electronic form. That means that many traditional norms have become obsolete. For this reason, additional solutions are necessary. For a long time, there has been a continual process of introducing electronic documents instead of paper ones. It constitutes a unique opportunity to improve the quality of law. First of all, an electronic document is free from the physical constraints of space and time.

Technologia informacyjna gruntownie modyfikuje zasady prawne. Szczególnie zmieniają się zasady rozpoznawania spraw i rozstrzygania sporów. Postępowania sądowe i administracyjne otrzymują nową elektroniczną formę. Oznacza to, że wiele tradycyjnych unormowań staje się nieaktualne. Z tego powodu konieczne są kolejne rozwiązania. Od dawna ma miejsce proces wprowadzania dokumentów elektronicznych zamiast dokumentów papierowych. Jest to wyjątkowa okazja do poprawy jakości prawa. Przede wszystkim dokument elektroniczny uwalnia od ograniczeń fizycznych miejsca i czasu.

New technologies are widely entering all areas of law. In financial law they have began to be applied early. Simple registering and accounting methods, including international ones, have been replaced by computer techniques. After Poland’s accession to the European Union, various forms of information flow intensified. Legal EU solutions have also come into force in Poland. Currently, new technologies are widely used in most branches of financial law, hence the study shows selected examples, taking into account the impact of EU regulations. In the field of tribute law, a system of electronic collection of personal data, preparation of electronic documents, exchange of information between countries by electronic means and electronic road toll systems are presented. In the field of banking law, activities of EU credit institutions in the form of crossborder activities, an integrated European market for payment services and the issuing of electronic money are presented.

Nowe technologie powszechnie wkraczają do wszelkich dziedzin prawa. W prawie finansowym zaczęły być stosowane wcześnie. Proste sposoby ewidencjonowania i rozliczeń, w tym międzynarodowych, zastąpiono technikami komputerowymi. Po przystąpieniu Polski do Unii Europejskiej nasiliły się różne formy przepływu informacji. Zaczęły również obowiązywać Polskę prawne rozwiązania unijne. Obecnie nowe technologie mają zastosowanie w większości działów prawa finansowego w szerokim zakresie, stąd opracowanie ukazuje wybrane przykłady uwzględniając wpływ regulacji unijnych. Nowe technologie powszechnie wkraczają do wszelkich dziedzin prawa. W prawie finansowym zaczęły być stosowane wcześnie. Proste sposoby ewidencjonowania i rozliczeń, w tym międzynarodowych, zastąpiono technikami komputerowymi. Po przystąpieniu Polski do Unii Europejskiej nasiliły się różne formy przepływu informacji. Zaczęły również obowiązywać Polskę prawne rozwiązania unijne. Obecnie nowe technologie mają zastosowanie w większości działów prawa finansowego w szerokim zakresie, stąd opracowanie ukazuje wybrane przykłady uwzględniając wpływ regulacji unijnych.

The paper presents some real‑time analytical solutions that work in a proprietary‑designed system for IT security. It describes automatic methods of data transformations and analysis aiming at detection of potential threats (irregular system events, abnormal user behavior) both for time series and text documents without human supervision. Automation procedures used for time series and text documents are presented. Analyzed data was collected by Free Construction while protecting systems of electronic documents repositories (also including the Enterprise Content Management standards).

W pracy przedstawiono wybrane rozwiązania analityczne stosowane w czasie rzeczywistym w autorskim systemie bezpieczeństwa teleinformatycznego. Opisano metody wykorzystywane w celu wykrywania (bez nadzoru człowieka) potencjalnych zagrożeń – niepożądanych zdarzeń systemowych i zachowań użytkowników korzystających z dokumentów cyfrowych. Przestawiono procedury automatyzujące, stosowane w przypadku danych mających postać szeregów czasowych i dokumentów tekstowych. Poddane eksploracji dane pochodziły z testowego funkcjonowania oprogramowania zabezpieczającego systemy przechowywania dokumentów cyfrowych utworzonego przez firmę Free Construction.

Cel: Celem artykułu jest prezentacja syntetycznej informacji o dokumentach elektronicznych znajdujących się w zbiorach Sekcji Dokumentów Życia Społecznego Biblioteki Uniwersyteckiej w Toruniu (dalej: SDŻS BUT). Metoda badawcza: Wykorzystałem dwie metody: analizy jakościowej oraz analizy ilościowej materiałów źródłowych. Pierwsza z nich pozwala mi stwierdzić, że SDŻS BUT posiada dotychczas szerzej nieznane, bardzo interesujące, ważne poznawczo dokumenty elektroniczne do studiów nad różnymi dziedzinami życia społecznego, kulturalnego, naukowego, także politycznego w Toruniu w ostatnich kilkudziesięciu latach. Druga zaś metoda umożliwiła mi ustalenie wielkości i różnorodności analizowanych zbiorów elektronicznych. Wyniki/Wnioski: Wśród dokumentów elektronicznych przechowywanych w SDŻS BUT ważne miejsce zajmują dokumenty, które trafiły do zbiorów zgodnie z wytyczonymi kierunkami gromadzenia zbiorów Sekcji, a więc materiały dotyczące UMK, Torunia, a także Wilna oraz świadectwa aktywności opozycyjnej w czasach PRL-u.

Aim: The aim of the article is to present synthetic information about electronic documents in the collections of the Section for Social Life Documents of the University Library in Toruń (hereinafter: SSLD ULT). Research method: I used two methods: qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis of source materials. The first of these allows me to state that the SSLD of the ULT has, hitherto unknown, very interesting, cognitively important electronic documents for studies on various areas of social, cultural, scientific and political life in Toruń in the last few decades. The other method enabled. Conclusions: Among the electronic documents stored in the SSLD in the ULT, the most important place is occupied by documents that became part of the collections in accordance with the guidelines for gathering the Section’s collections, i.e. materials relating to the University, Toruń and Vilnius as well as evidence of the resistance movements’ activities in the times of People’s Polish Republic.

Ziel: Das Ziel des Beitrags ist die Schilderung einer kurz gefassten Information über die Lebensdokumente, die in der Lebensdokumentensammlung der Universitätsbibliothek in Toruń (wieter: LDS UBT) aufbewahrt werden. Forschungsmethode: Ich verfahre nach zweierlei Methoden: der Qualitäts- und der Quantitativanalyse von Quellenmaterialien. Die erste von ihnen weist darauf hin, dass zu der besagten Sammlung auch die bisher wenig bekannten, sehr interessanten, wichtigen elektronischen Dokumente gehören, die bei der Betrachtung verschiedener Bereiche des sozialen, kulturellen, wissenschaftlichen und politischen Lebens in Toruń in den letzten Jahrzehnten behilflich sind. Die zweite Methode ermöglichte, die Größe und die Vielfalt der analysierten elektronischen Bestände festzustellen. Ergebnisse/Schlussfolgerungen: Unter den elektronischen Dokumenten, die in der LDS UBR aufbewahrt werden, sind jene zu finden, die nach einem bestimmten Verfahren erworben wurden und sich auf die Universität, auf Toruń, Vilnius oder die Zeugnisse der Oppositionstätigkeit zur Zeit der Volksrepublik Polen beziehen.
