W artykule ukazano i uzasadniono umiejscowienie problematyki badań elektronicznych pa-mięci w treściach kształcenia kierunku studiów inżynieria bezpieczeństwa. Na bazie analizy istniejących rozwiązań opisano projekt i realizację stanowiska do badania układów pamięci. Stanowisko poddano wielokryterialnej ocenie kompetentnych sędziów, dokonano analizy wyników badań i wyciągnięto wnioski.

The article presents and justifies the position of the research issues of electronics memory within the curriculum of educating safety engineers. Based on the analysis of existing solutions we have described the design and the implementation of a stand to study the circuit PROM. The stand has undergone an assessment of competent experts, an analysis of the research results and conclusions reached thereafter.
