Teoretické riešenie rovníc pre jednotlivé napätia uR(t), uC(t) a uL(t) na prvkoch RLC v analytickej forme je pomerne obtiažne. Reálne priebehy napätí na uR(t), uC(t) a uL(t) môžeme namerať pomocou jednoduchého experimentu osciloskopom alebo počítačovou simuláciou, napr. simulačným programom MultiSIM, ktorý sa ukazuje ako veľmi vhodný najmä pre školskú prax. Priebehy teoretických výpočtov a praktického experimentu sú samozrejme zhodné.

W artykule zajęto się teoretycznymi rozważaniami dotyczącymi układów rezonansowych RLC. Opis teoretyczny uzupełniony jest opisem zaprojektowanych i przeprowadzonych doświadczeń, które mogą znaleźć zastosowanie zarówno w nauczaniu przedmiotów zawodowych, jak i w przemyśle.

The paper deal with theoretical analysis time response of voltage and current, in electric circuit of power supply from source of harmonic current. Theoretical description is supplemented experimental results measure out time response voltage on element RLC by oscilloscope and computing simulation. Both of them means of action experimental verification find wide application in industrial praxis and in school education subject electro technical corresponding educational programs of secondary technical and university.

The article introduces the electrotechnical activity of Ignacy Mościcki, an outstanding scientist, technician, and later President of the 2nd Polish Republic. It is stressed that versatility was his main characteristics that made him so unusual. He was active in all fields of electrotechnology, as an inventor, constructor, technologist, and finally as an organiser of production and business activist, despite the fact that he was not a university graduate. He invented nitrogen from the air with the use of electricity and also constructed electric equipment to obtain it. It contained high voltage capacitors, unrivalled at that time, called “Mościcki’s capacitors”. He invented and implemented new applications for his capacitors in energetics, lightning protection technology, and in radio engineering.

Szybki rozwój systemów e-learningowych i wynikający z niego problem sprzężenia zwrotnego między studentem a nauczycielem platformy kształcenia na odległość wymaga stymulowania skomputeryzowanego procesu edukacji oraz poszukiwania innowacyjnych rozwiązań dydaktycznych. Zastąpienie nauczyciela platformą kształcenia wymaga wsparcia nauczycieli w ich pracy wiedzą i umiejętnościami związanymi z odpowiednią reakcją i zachowaniem w tym systemie nauczania. W artykule przedstawiono nowy typ sprzężeń zwrotnych między studentów i platformą Moodle, która zarządza studencką działalnością edukacyjną. Opracowana technologia pedagogiczna została wdrożona za pomocą nowych zasobów elektronicznych pod nazwą „Elektrotechnika z Podstawami Elektroniki Przemysłowej”, który jest rekomendowany przez Ministerstwo Edukacji ukrainy (№ 1/11-8959 z 26 czerwca 2015 roku).

W tekście przedstawiono rozwój badań elektrotechnicznych w drugiej połowie XIX i na początku XX w. Zwrócono szczególną uwagę na różne uwarunkowania rozwoju elektrotechniki teoretycznej i na wiodącą rolę Politechniki Lwowskiej. Podano nazwiska profesorów, którzy byli pionierami edukacji elektrotechnicznej we Lwowie, Kijowie, Charkowie i Odessie. Wykazano, że Europejska Szkoła Elektrotechniki miała bardzo duży wpływ nie tylko na rozwój elektrotechniki w Galicji, lecz także na Ukrainie pozostającej w granicach Imperium Rosyjskiego.

The deployment of electrical engineering research in the second half of the 19th and at the beginning of the 20th c. is shown. The great attention is focused on the economic circumstances of the development of theoretical electrical engineering. Emphasis is placed on the leading role of Lviv Polytechnic. The names of professors who were at the origins of electrical engineering education in Lviv, Kyiv, Kharkiv and Odesa are given. It is claimed that the European School of Electrical Engineering directly influenced the development of relevant research in Ukraine.

The article presents the forgotten figure of Franciszek Rychnowski, an engineer from Lviv, mainly relying on his own writings and press releases from the period. The text describes his pioneering technical activity in Galicia, especially in the field of heating and electrical engineering. As far as it was possible, the paper elaborates on the concept of the so-called electroid (or etheroid) – substance (or energy) which Rychnowski held responsible for all phenomena in nature, and around which he forged his own theory of the operation of the universe. The text includes the summaries of his talks, interviews, and more interesting reports on the alleged properties of this substance, as well as reactions to them.
