The aim of this article is to define the relation between educational infrastructure of individual regions as well as enterprises development. In the first part of article an educational environments were characterized and described as a development factor of enterprises. In the second part, based on statistical data the relations were examined between educational environment and enterprises development state in individual provinces in 2007- 2011 years.
Kapitał intelektualny staje się coraz bardziej istotny w kształtowaniu rozwoju organizacji poddanej zmienności otoczenia. Teoretycy jak i praktycy zarządzania coraz częściej włączają kapitał intelektualny w strukturę różnych modeli umożliwiających kształtowanie potencjału rozwojowego organizacji (np. przedsiębiorstw). Kapitał intelektualny w swojej strukturze dotyczy nie tylko kapitału ludzkiego (np. wiedza, wartości, umiejętności itp.) czy kapitału strukturalnego (np. patenty, struktury organizacyjne, systemy informatyczne itp.) oraz kapitału relacji zewnętrznych (np. kontaktu z: klientami, dostawcami, konkurentami itp.) ale dotyczy także zrównoważonego rozwoju (ekorozwoju) . Zrównoważony rozwój kształtowany przez kapitał intelektualny umożliwia organizacji elastyczne dostosowanie się do zmiennych warunków otoczenia. Celem opracowania jest prezentacja kapitału intelektualnego w kształtowaniu zrównoważonego rozwoju organizacji a przyjętą metodą badawczą opracowania jest studium literatury przedmiotu stanowiącej teoretyczną podstawę prezentowanego problemu naukowego

Intellectual capital is becoming increasingly important in shaping growth of organizations subjected to environmental variability. Management theorists and practitioners alike increasingly include intellectual capital in the structure of different models that allows for incorporating development potential of the organization (e.g. companies). Intellectual capital in its structure applies not only to human capital (e.g. knowledge, values, skills, etc.) or structured capital (e.g. patents, organizational structures, information systems, etc.) and to capital of external relations (e.g. contact with customers, suppliers competitors, etc.), but also applied to sustainable development (eco-development). Sustainable development shaped by the intellectual capital enables the organization to respond flexibly to changing environmental conditions. The aim of this paper is to present intellectual capital shaping the sustainable development of the organization and the accepted research method of this paper is the literature review which is the theoretical basis of the presented scientific problem
