Artykuł jest poświęcony refleksji nad twórczymi momentami organizacji przedsiębiorczej. Tekst ukazuje możliwości wykorzystania historiografii przedsiębiorczości jako uprawnionego programu badawczego i praktycznego, który pozwala na holistyczne poznanie procesów tworzenia nowych organizacji w ich naturalnym kontekście. W części teoretycznej przybliżamy ideę przedsiębiorczości jako twórczości, uzupełniając ją o rozważania na temat funkcji opowieści przedsiębiorczych w dociekaniu naukowym i praktyce przedsiębiorczości. Następnie przedstawiamy wyniki analiz historii wielkopolskich przedsiębiorców o początkach organizacji. Uzyskany w ten sposób kompleksowy obraz działań przedsiębiorczych, każe nam sformułować postulat o unikatowej i istotnej roli, jaką tego typu badania odgrywają zarówno w refleksji naukowej, jak i w twórczym działaniu przedsiębiorczym.

The text is dedicated to a reflection on creative moments of the entrepreneurial organization. It presents the practical and theoretical possibilities that a historiographic approach to organization theory can offer, enabling a holistic understanding of the creation of an enterprise in its natural context. In the theoretical part we approach the idea of entrepreneurship as creativity, supplementing it with a reflection on the function of entrepreneurial stories in science and practice of entrepreneurship.Then, we portray the results of an ethnographic study of local entrepreneurship in Wielkopolska, focusing on the creation narratives. Thus obtained a comprehensive picture of entrepreneurial activities, leads us to formulate the postulate of a unique and important role that this type of research plays both in the scientific reflection, as well as in creative entrepreneurial activity.
