We are living in a very special time when humans have caused global changes on Earth and many species, including ours, are endangered. We cause so much pollution that in the face of the growing pressure to take responsibility what we need is a questioning approach, reconsideration and initiatives. The most important question is what we are going to do about it to survive and scientists representing various disciplines have employed tools, methods and skills to carry out research, estimate the risk and opportunities and to recommend actions. Artists also have a say in it. I have collected this data from my anthropological point of view.

Fully justified reasons exist to consider the interpretation according to the lawas it stands, applying the precautionary principle in dubio pro naturam (when indoubt, decide in favour of the environment). Arguments for and against areweighty but perhaps with more favour to intergenerational thinking, which isconducive to the interpretation in favour of the environment. Perhaps, the principleof sustainable development will be a normative reference point for this directiveof interpretation. Perhaps, it is finally time to consider if the particular interestof an individual, although very important, should not be treated inferior tothe health and life of all people and, ultimately, also of such an individual.

Istnieją w pełni uzasadnione podstawy, aby de lege lata podjąć rozważania nad wykładnią in dubio pro naturam. Argumenty przemawiające za i przeciw są ważkie, ale chyba szala przechyla się w stronę myślenia międzypokoleniowego, a to sprzyja wykładni na korzyść środowiska. Być może właśnie zasada zrównoważonego rozwoju będzie stanowiła normatywny punkt wyjścia dla tej dyrektywy wykładni. Być może czas wreszcie rozważyć, czy partykularny interes jednostki, choć niezwykle ważny nie powinien ustąpić interesowi zdrowia i życia ogółu i docelowo także i tej jednostki?

Racjonalna eksploatacja otoczenia wizualnego człowieka jako element trwałego wzrostu jakości życia jest źródłem oszczędności m.in. energii, surowców, potencjału oraz podstawowej strategii uzyskania korzyści materialnych i niematerialnych. Istnieje zatem potrzeba oraz konieczność poszukiwania nowych metod poprawy efektywności eksploatacji elementów otoczenia wizualnego, w tym lepszego wykorzystania instrumentów wspierających organizację i zarządzanie. Problematyka dojrzewania jakości wizualnej jako zestawu pożądanych cech i właściwości polega na nieustannym cyklu doskonalenia oczekiwań, wyobrażeń oraz doświadczeń przekładających się na zadowolenie z użytkowania produktów, usług i systemów. Kluczową rolę w rozwoju wiedzy eksploatacyjnej o jakości wizualnej odgrywają przemysły kreatywne jako przedsiębiorczość najmocniej związana z kreacją.

A rational exploitation of human visual surroundings as the element of life's quality durable growth is an economic source of energy, materials, potential, and of basic strategy to obtain material and immaterial advantages. Therefore, a need has been present and a necessity of searching for new methods of improvement of the effectiveness in exploitation of visual surroundings units, and for a better use of the instruments supporting organisation and management. The problems of visual quality's maturation as an aggregate of desirable values and properties depend on a constant cycle of improving expectations, images and experiences translated into a user's satisfaction on products, services and systems. A key role in developing the exploitation knowledge about visual quality is played by creative industries as entrepreneurship the most oriented on a visual creation.
