This article deals with two types of alternative therapy and treatment methods. They are considered to be used in media education, in the treatment of reception defects, such as abuse, narcosis, neurosis, frustration, fetishism and superimposition. Purpose of this article is to summarize and discuss not only these media reality reception defects, but also to object them in two ways - multisensory environment within special pedagogic treatment, sensory deprivation within alternative psychiatric therapy (dark therapy, chamber and floating tanks, meditation, holotropic breathing, neuro-linguistic programming, etc.). Methodology in this study is to consider them as using media in the way of organic reception and therefore included in media anthropology, education and ethics. Within media reality a system reception feedback is needed, therefore the method "anything goes" for this use is explained. The aim of this article is to bind alternative media based methods with the research of reception of the media reality and the outstanding media anthropological issues: therapy, education, ethics, philosophy, etc. The scientific aim not only of this study, but also of author's whole work is to sustain the whole - media anthropological view - by using partial methods for media reality analysis and proving its relevance in disputing other theories being enclosed within media discourse. Also the ethics - code of dealing with technological extensions of human competence - the media - is a part of the organic reception. As the conclusion a need of such kind of research, education and treatment is objected and the examples of author's effort are explained. There is strongly recommended to create and use other media anthropology based equipment: Hitchhiker's Guide to Media Reality, A Chronicle of Abused media, blogs, a textbook, etc.

This paper looks at mourning and melancholia, and their ethical implications through the work of Sigmund Freud and mostly Jacques Derrida. The attempt here is to read through Derrida’s auto thanatological oeuvre through questions of fidelity, interminability, impossibility and ethics. In our perpetual struggle as scholars dealing with questions of meaning, existence, loss, life and death this paper tries to navigate the discursive traditions of looking at mourning and melancholia and what their radical potential is or can be where the mourning; melancholic; haunted; living subjects bear an impossible task unto the dead.

Today, as never before, the aspects of ethical leadership are the subject of special attention. Appearing almost daily about the next scandals both in politics and business, often undermining the reputation of people endowed with social trust, cause the need to take a broad discussion on building a solid foundation of ethics. The purpose of the boards of both corporations and state and local authorities is the creation of rules and canons, which are likely to be accepted only if the leaders of their conduct manifested a clear subordination of established canons. Ethical aspects in the problems of leadership, play an extremely important role. Increased interest in the scientiﬁc problem of moral conduct, the canons of construction principles, promote the diffusion of positive attitudes within the organization should be regarded as a ray of hope in the permeated pathologies, corruption and nepotism today’s grim reality. In the following paper author will address some speciﬁ c views showing the essence of ethics in relation to leadership.

Es ist längst erkannt worden, dass die Bergpredigt im Mt- und Lk- Evangelium eine zweifache, theologisch und literarisch verschiedene Fassung der messianischen Programmrede des Herrn darstellen. Die darin enthaltenen sittlichen Forderungen wurden bereits mehrmals gewürdigt. Es ist aber interessant nachzuforschen, welche ethische Ideale Jesus bei den Zuhörern voraussetzte bzw. in welche konkrete sittliche Situation der Ruf der Bergpredigt erging. Anhand des Mt-Berichtes versucht der Artikel genau zu erörtern: 1. welche theologisch-ethische Vorstellungen können den direkten Hörern des Herrn (insofern dies greifbar ist) zugemutet werden, 2. Auf welchem Wege und in welcher Richtung gelangen die sittlichen Forderung Jesu in den Evangelien bzw. in den späteren Schriften des Neuen Testaments zur Entfaltung, 3. Was ergibt diese Entfaltung für den Ausleger der Bergpredigt heute, 4. welche sittliche Inhalte kommen einzelnen ethischen Grundbegriffen zu?

Prakseologia stworzona przez T. Kotarbińskiego była wyjątkowym osiągnięciem polskiej szkoły filozoficznej XX wieku. Poszukiwanie uzasadnień dla sprawnego działania odnosiło się do każdego świadomego i celowego funkcjonowania człowieka. Również zagadnienia etyczne stanowiły dla T. Kotarbińskiego istotny wymiar egzystencji osoby, szczególnie w odniesieniu do innych. Pomimo upływu czasu racjonalne założenia prakseologii mogą być i współcześnie punktem odniesienia dla założeń etycznych i zarządczych w nowoczesnej firmie. Wartości prezentowane przez jednostkę mogą przyczyniać się do osiągnięcia wymiernego sukcesu każdego przedsiębiorstwa.

The praxeology created by T. Kotarbiński was exceptional achieving the Polish philosophical school of the 20th century. Seeking grounds for efficient action referred to every deliberate and intentional human activity. Ethical issues also constituted for essential T. Kotarbiński dimension of existence of the person, particularly in the reference to other. In spite of the passage of time rational assumptions of these ethics can be a point of reference in our times for ethical and managerial assumptions in the modern company. Values presented by the person can contribute to achieve the measurable success of every company.

Praca i jej efekty mogą stanowić, w czasach globalnych, zagrożenie dla holistycznrgo pojmowania osoby jako wartości nadrzędnej. Rozważania nad miejsce i kondycją współczesnego człowieka oparte są na założeniach etyki katolickiej, szczególnie w perd\spektywie nauki społecznej Kościoła katolickiego.

Culture as a manifestation of human activity carries patterns of behavior and investigations, accepted in the community. The activities of the person is not only determined by the individually, but in the interaction with the environment. Ethics, acting social foundation of behavior, may be threatened by the conteporary coverage of globalization resulting in depersonalisation every sphere of life. Work and its effects may be, at a time of global threat to the holistic understanding of the person as a parent. Reflections on place and condition of modern man are based on assumptions of Catholic ethics, especially in viev of the social teachings of thge Catholic Church.

Celem niniejszego artykułu jest podsumowanie polskiego dorobku publikacyjnego w obszarze etyki w rachunkowości. Aby ten cel osiągnąć, dokonano analizy ilościowej oraz analizy treści ponad 100 artykułów dotyczących etycznych aspektów rachunkowości, opublikowanych w krajowych czasopismach. Wyniki przeprowadzonego badania wskazują, że w większości prac kwestie etyczne porusza się wyłącznie w ujęciu czysto teoretycznym, a ich autorzy koncentrują się w szczególności na podejściu do etyki w rachunkowości z perspektywy etyki zawodowej. Przeprowadzona analiza piśmiennictwa pozwoliła na zidentyfikowanie luki badawczej oraz wskazanie dalszych możliwych kierunków dociekań naukowych w postaci pogłębionych studiów teoretycznych oraz badań empirycznych. Wnioski z przeprowadzonego badania mogą zatem stanowić cenną wskazówkę dla przedstawicieli polskiej nauki, zainteresowanych omawianą problematyką, i stanowić krok w kierunku podjęcia przez nich badań w nieeksplorowanych dotąd obszarach. Dokonany przegląd piśmiennictwa stanowi pierwsze w Polsce kompleksowe podsu- mowanie dotychczasowych dokonań polskich badaczy dotyczących etycznych aspektów rachunkowości.

The purpose of this paper is to summarize the Polish publications devoted to the ethical aspects of accounting. Based on more than 100 articles gathered from national journals, this paper analyses the quantitative as well as the thematic aspects of the publications. The results of the study indicate that the majority of articles are theoretical and are concerned with the accounting profession. The literature analysis made it possible to identify the research gap. It also indicates the directions for further research, which may be conducted in the form of in-depth theoretical and empirical studies. Therefore, the findings of the study may provide valuable guidance for Polish researchers interested in the discussed issues, and they constitute a starting point for conducting new research in areas not yet explored. This literature review is the first comprehensive summary of the accomplishments of Polish researchers in the field of ethical aspects of accounting in Poland.

When analysing these two terms, references will be mad to philosophical texts and codes of practice for legal professions. It is repeatedly stressed in the paper that both honesty and diligence are principles without which lawyers can not properly per form their professional duties.

Przy analizowaniu tych dwóch pojęć zostaną przedstawione odwołania do tekstów filozoficznych oraz kodeksów zawodowych zawodów prawniczych. W pracy wielokrotnie podkreślane jest to, że zarówno uczciwość, jak i rzetelność są zasadami, bez których prawnik nie może właściwie wykonywać swoich zawodowych obowiązków.

The article is dedicated to the problem of musical meaning and its role in contemporary musicological and semiotic research and reflection on music and musical culture. Nowadays, semiotics of music became semiotics of becoming rather then semiotics of being, as it was earlier during the period of structuralism. What became the important is that the category of aisthesis is emphasized as well as the question of the experience, the aesthetic dimension of that experience and the subject itself. It is interesting to evaluate the postmodern thought as well, taking the question of its positive vs negative virtues, and - as a result - do not treat the postmodernism in negative way only (the aesthetic and the cognitive value of the sublime). To see the current changes of musicology one can speak not only about its relative autonomy and how to understand the limits of the discipline but also how to redefine the scope and core of musicology by treating to find more unconventional, closely ethic, perspectives and approaches (means: imagination, freedom of thought, openness to alternatives and to praise the uncertainty). If the musicology could be ready and able to join some efforts from other humanities: semiotics, history of arts, anthropology and cultural studies, the thesis of the musicology as a meta-theory of musical meaning could be valid.

Na tym tle podejmę próbę przeglądu obszarów zagrożeń i wypaczeń w szeregach polskiej kadry akademickiej wskazując kategorię odpowiedzialności jako kluczową w budowaniu etosu akademickiego.

In this article I focus on professional work ethics for academic teachers. My considerations are based on the analysis of two main theories: the Protestant work ethics, by Max Weber, and its adaptation to the academic environment, by Robert Merton. I evaluate how these theories can contribute to shaping the academic ethos in the Polish context, drawing upon Dietrich Bonhoeff er’s works and the fundamental values of the Protestant work ethos - honesty, reliability and diligence - presenting their religious and secular aspects. Against the above background I attempt a review of ethical risks and violations among Polish academics, pointing to the category of responsibility as crucial in the process of building an academic ethos.

Children's literature reflects society and conveys new models. This field evolves depending on the representations of childhood that adults build. Recent research shows that children experience deep emotions and that reading contributes to their social and affective development. This paper examines the different issues related to writing the affects aimed at young readers through the study of Astrid Lindgren's novel Les frères Coeur-de-Lion. It focuses on ethical, aesthetic and linguistic questions involved in translating the book from Swedish to French.

La littérature de jeunesse est à la fois reflet de la société et vecteur de nouveaux modèles. Elle évolue en fonction des représentations que les adultes ont de l'enfance. Les recherches récentes montrent que les enfants vivent de grandes expériences émotionnelles et que la lecture contribue à leur développement social et affectif. Cet article interroge les enjeux de l'écriture des affects à destination du jeune lectorat à travers l'étude du roman Les frères Coeur-de-Lion d'Astrid Lindgren. Il s'intéresse également aux problématiques éthiques, esthétiques et linguistiques liées à la traduction de l’œuvre du suédois au français.
