Rapid social changes inside and outside companies require institutionalization and integration of ethics with other business processes and functions. The process of institutionalization of ethics consists in formulating and codifying moral standards. Social policy, ethics programs, codes of ethics, ethics trainings, social reports and audits are the main elements of this process. Institutionalization of ethics not only sets the limits of behavior in business but it is also an important factor of entrepreneurship and competitiveness.
