Problematyka odpowiedzialności karnej lekarzy za nieudzielenie pomocy osobie jej potrzebującej jest opisywana w zakresie poszukiwania źródła tej odpowiedzialności. Autorka konstatuje, że udzielenie pomocy jest obowiązkiem, a nie przywilejem lekarza. Stanowisko to potwierdzają przepisy Kodeksu karnego.

The issue of criminal liability of doctors for failure to provide help to a person in need is described within the search for the source of this responsibility. The author concludes that providing medical aid is an obligation, and not a doctor’s privilege. This standpoint is confirmed by the provisions of the Criminal Code.
