The article represents an analysis of paradigm of senility and youth in the fairy dram The Forest Song by Lesia Ukrainka. This paradigm has played an important role in the context of problematic and poetics of the dram. For example, the old heroes are static, they prefer dark, black and grey colors. But young heroes are dynamic and beautiful, they prefer bright colors. The relationships between the old and the young heroes are very difficult.

Autorka przeanalizowała paradygmat starości i młodości w dramacie feerii Pieśń lasu Łesi Ukrainki. Paradygmat ten odegrał ważną rolę w kontekście zagadnień poruszanych w utworze oraz w kontekście specyfiki poetyki dramatu. Na przykład starzy bohaterowie są postaciami statycznymi, ich kreacja związana jest z ciemnymi barwami, dominuje tutaj kolor czarny i szary. Z kolei bohaterowie młodzi są dynamiczni i piękni, preferują kolory jasne. Relacje między postaciami reprezentującymi stare i młode pokolenie są bardzo trudne.
