Celem pracy jest podanie kryterium monotoniczności dla funkcji użyteczności. Podajemy liczne przykłady nie monotonicznych (lokalnie malejących) funkcji użyteczności. Badamy możliwość wprowadzenia relacji preferencji przy pomocy funkcji użyteczności. Ponadto definiujemy zjawisko niedosytu w polu preferencji zadanym funkcją użyteczności. W drugiej części pracy podamy przykład nie monotonicznej (lokalnie malejącej) funkcji użyteczności uzyskanej metodą zwykłego "przeksięgowania" (które może wynikać ze zmiany prawa).

The aim of this paper is to present the monotonicity criterion for the utility functions defined in the preference field. We provide numerous examples of nonmonotonic (locally decreasing) utility functions. We investigate the possibility of introducing preference relation by employing utility functions. Moreover, we define the phenomenon of insufficiency in the field of the preference defined by the utility function.

W pracy, dla miernika syntetycznego zbadano problem wyboru takiego sposobu mierzenia odległości między obiektami, aby w polu preferencji indukowanym przez ten miernik występowało zjawisko niedosytu. Rozważany w pracy miernik, wykorzystywany do porządkowania i grupowania danych obiektów ekonomicznych jest oparty na dwóch wzorcowych obiektach.

In presented work, for the two-model indicator a problem of choice of a manner of measurement of distances between objects is considered. This indicator makes an appearance of phenomenon of insufficiency in a field of preference. We can use the indicator as a synthetic measure in order to arrangement and assemble economic objects.
