As a consequence of the change in the concept of the sales reporting method using cash registers, the Ministry of Finance and, subsequently, the Ministry of Development began legislative work aimed at introducing an obligation for entrepreneurs to report on-line sales using cash registers. Following the changes, the financial administration will receive real time data on the sales. Entrepreneurs, divided into business groups, will have sufficient time to get to know the guidelines and to implement them. The expected date of the implementation of the new rules is 2022. It is also planned to make the functionality of the e-Receipt system available to consumers. The authors of the article present the functional project of the e-Receipt system, which uses a Purchase ID. To develop the system design, the latest versions of specialist software were used, such as Enterprise Architect and Axure RP and the processes in BPMN 2.0 notation and UML diagrams.

W związku ze zmianą koncepcji sposobu raportowania sprzedaży z wykorzystaniem kas fiskalnych, Ministerstwo Finansów, a następnie Ministerstwo Finansów i Ministerstwo Rozwoju wdrożyły prace legislacyjne mające na celu wprowadzenie obowiązku raportowania online przez przedsiębiorców sprzedaży z wykorzystaniem kas fiskalnych. Po wprowadzeniu zmian, administracja finansowa będzie otrzymywać dane o sprzedaży w czasie rzeczywistym. Przedsiębiorcy, w podziale na grupy branżowe, będą mieli czas na zapoznanie się z wytycznymi i ich wdrożenie. Planowany termin wejścia w życie nowych zasad raportowania to rok 2022. Planowane jest również udostępnienie funkcjonalności systemu eParagon konsumentom. W artykule autorzy przedstawili projekt funkcjonalny systemu eParagon. System wykorzystuje Identyfikator Zakupowy. Do budowy projektu systemu wykorzystano najnowsze wersje specjalistycznego oprogramowania Enterprise Architect i Axure RP oraz procesy w notacji BPMN 2.0 i diagramy UML.
