This article is based on analysis of the laws established by the Parliament of the Republic of Poland in 2011 and their justifications. The author seeks for and presents what social or economic goals were pursued by the legislator when making changes or creating new laws. The subject matter touched upon in the article focuses on law codifications and many important aspects of Poland`s economy problems. Thanks to the laws presented in the article, we can see in which direction changes in our legislation tend to evolve and what they are like.

This article is based on analysis of the laws established by the Parliament of the Republic of Poland in 2011. and their justifications. The author seeks and presents what social or economic goals pursued by the legislator when making changes or creating new laws. Subject matter touched in the article focuses on many important aspects of our lives such as insurance system, health safety, public roads safety, family safety, or issues related to the environment. Thanks to laws presented in the article, we can see in which direction and what are for changes in our legislation.
