The article highlights pedagogical conditions of the future physical education teachers’ preparation to physical and sports activities at secondary schools: mastering theoretical knowledge about the basic nature and content of physical and sports activities, and methodology of their teaching in contemporary secondary schools’ conditions by interactive forms and methods of teaching; stimulation of lasting interest, positive motivation and important imagination of the future physical education teachers about physical and sports activities on the basis of the selection of ways of teaching; intensification of the process of students’ physical self-perfection during the self-study. The realization of every condition is revealed. The realization of the first condition is provided by the improvement of training process and changes in the content of the course ‘The Theory and Methodology of Physical Education’, as well as the sequence of themes’ courses of basic physical and sports kinds of ‘Gymnastics and the Methodology of its Teaching’, ‘Track and Field Athletics and the Methodology of its Teaching’, ‘Active Games’, ‘Sports Games’, ‘Skiing’, ‘Swimming and the Methodology of its Teaching’, as well as holding the special seminar ‘The Organization and the Methodology of physical and sports activities at secondary schools’. The realization of the second condition is aimed to perform various forms of physical and sports actions, active games, sports competitions’ refereeing of wrestling (race 50 and 500 m, jumping, throwing), sports holidays, physical exercises for the improvement of special groups of muscles (running, walking, swimming, exercises for elasticity, and so on), using active methods: dialogues, role-play and organizational-practical games, etc. The realization of the third condition is based on the use of tests, interviews, group psychotrainings, pedagogical situations, discussions, individual and creative tasks, reflexion and practical activities in general. It is also based on doing individual tasks oriented at different practical actions for the preparation and holding holidays, Days of Health, active changes, sports hours, sports and entertaining actions during extra-curricular activities. One of effective instruments of self-study is keeping ‘The Dairy of Self-Improvement’ and creating the e-portfolio

The purpose of the article– the substantiation and development of the special course “The essentials of choreography” for the professional training of the future physical education teachers is specified in the following tasks: 1) to substantiate the necessity of developing a special course “The essentials of choreography” for the professional training of the future physical education teachers; 2) to develop the structure of the special course “The essentials of choreography”; 3) to reveal the content of the special course “The essentials of choreography”. Theoretical methods of research having been used in the work included the study and analysis of program normative legal documents, as well as comparison, generalization of the experience of predecessors. Conclusions. Based on the analysis of the updated educational program “Physical Culture” for general secondary education institution, it has been determined that the teacher of physical culture of the modern school should have the necessary knowledge, skills and abilities of choreographic training, and should have a high level of showing of choreography elements and musical-rhythmic movements that are extremely important for the implementation of variant modules with elements of choreography in the process of professional activity. In this context a special course “The essentials of choreography” containing 45 hours / 1.5 credits of ECTS is developed, of which: lectures – 8 hours; practical classes – 14 hours; consultations – 2 hours; for independent work of the student it is allocated 21 hours. The form of control is credit. The content of the special course combines 3 thematic sections, contains tasks for practical classes, independent work and reference tests for current and final student control.Special course “The essentials of choreography” implies mastering the methodology of choreography elements teaching, dance elements; mastering the exercises of classical dance, dance steps and movements of folk and ballroom dances; preparation of the future physical education teachers for the implementation of variant modules with elements of choreography in the process of professional activity. We consider the introduction of the educational discipline “The essentials of choreography” in the educational process of the future physical education teachers to be promising.

The purpose of the article is to substantiate theoretically the model of training of the future physical education teachers for the implementation of variant modules in the process of professional activity. Research methods: analysis of scientific sources, generalization of the results of investigations by individual authors. In the structure of the developed model we distinguish five blocks, they are: subject, target, content, organizational, diagnostic-productive. The subject block includes the interaction of pedagogical activity subjects: a teacher of a higher education institution –a future physical training teacher (student) – a physical training teacher of general secondary education institution. Interaction of pedagogical activity subjects is directed at the pupil who studies at the general secondary education institution. The target block includes: purpose, tasks, methodological approaches, principles of professional training. A content block of model of training of the future physical education teachers implies the introduction of a special course “Fundamentals of choreography”, discipline of professional training “Theory and methodology of teaching aerobics”; enrichment of educational-methodological complexes content in the disciplines of professional and selective training with additional sections and themes. The organizational block includes: forms of educational process organization in institutions of higher education, methods and means of training of the future physical education teacher. The diagnostic-productive block of the model reflects the results of evaluation of the future physical education teacher for the implementation of the variant modules in the process of professional activity and covers the components (motivational, theoretical, effective) with the corresponding criteria and indicators characterizing three levels of formation: low, medium, high. Conclusions and perspectives of further research. On the basis of the study of psycho-educational and methodological works, practical experience in training of the future physical education teachers, the author developed and substantiated the structural-functional model of training of the future physical education teacher for the implementation of variant modules in the process of professional activity. The improvement of the methodological provision of professional training of the future physical education teachers to the specified type of activity must be in accordance with the requirements of the current curriculum on physical education in institutions of general secondary education. We consider it to be perspective.

This article describes the features of students’ experience on implementing health-saving technologies in practice with high school pupils. The measures in the system of future physical education teachers’ training in the field of health-saving, namely the work of the School of the future physical training teacher, business games, students’ research work, teaching practice and volunteer work in the field of health-saving are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to disclose and justify the methodology of development of students’ experience in the implementation of health-saving technologies in the process of practical activity with high school pupils. In order to identify the current state of preparation of the future physical training teachers to the implementation of health-saving technologies in high school we conducted a survey of college students, which was attended by 465 people. Analysis of responses indicates that a significant number of respondents (71.66 %) strongly believes that in modern times it is advisable to train future teachers of physical training to the introduction of health-saving technologies in high school and only 14.85 % students believe that it is not appropriate to prepare future teachers of physical education in this area. To implement pedagogical support of formation of the future physical education teachers’ health preservation we used technology in high school. So the main result of future physical education teachers’ training should be seen not only in the availability in graduates of fundamental knowledge in various fields of science, a high level of professional skills, but also a certain willingness to be a competitive person and take care of health-saving activities. The features of students’ experience on implementing health preservation technology in practice with high school pupils are the main goal of the study. Prospects for further scientific research are seen in the development of a teaching system for efficient formation of the future physical training teachers’ readiness to the implementation of health-saving technologies in high school.
