In the article it is demonstrated the essence of the communicative component of professional mobility of future utilities specialists. It is presented the types and forms of students’ communicative activity that have contributed to the efficiency of their professional realization and acquisition of professional mobility. It is improved the efficiency of students’ initiative in establishing and expanding private communicative relations and attracting these relations in the university environment. It is considered the process of formation of communicative and organizational component of professional mobility of future professionals in the utilities sector focus on their self-organization and self-government in various social projects which are related to professional implementation. It is described the process of attracting students to work within contractual topics that allows you not only to intensify communication skills in terms of attracting private professional connection to perform common activity but also to update the management skills that are identified in the correction skills of interaction with representatives of other structures, adaptation to the content of the activities within the project. It is proved that independence support students in their communication connection caused the formation of their very important quality for modern life. It is freedom of choice and responsibility for this choice. Thus it is determined that it is the most effectively to guide the students for professional mobility communicative relations associated with self-governance, vocational guidance, practical training, because in these processes of professional communication students apply to external actors interaction that allows to create a personal database of professional communication. The intensification of communicative relations of students through the promotion of exercising initiative in organizing personal professional communication and the involvement of its subjects in the university environment conducive to the effective formation of professional mobility of future specialists of public services, focused students on the importance of communicative skills for organizing their own professional fulfillment and sufficient freedom in the professional self-realization.
